(After our antenatal thread became somewhat hijacked with talk of Doctor Who)

Hello,

My name's (usually) MsMoss and I've been a Doctor Who Geek for over twenty years now. I grew up with McCoy, stood by it through its years in the wilderness and now watch, proud but slightly bemused, as it is no longer shameful to admit you're a fan.

Anyone else with me? You love the new series but don't want the old to be forgotten?

DH swears blind that the woman in this weeks ep is going to take over from martha as apparently she 'gets lost' this time.

can't wait to find out what's oging on with jack and how he got off of that station thingy - oooh hoverboard thingy what was the thing the surf board from ep 10 of series 1? cos the dr didn't seem to pick it up and that would explain it extrapulator wasn't it?

not for this tiem - ooh do we think the dr will be of jack again then? cos I thought he was a bit of jack when rose first met him. sort of a get off my patch type thing.

Don't think its but he seems to be avoiding him. and the way he says about the rift being open in the Jonathon Ross clip I think he knows about Jack and Abaddonn but didn't wantto get involved.

Haven't read whole of thread (indeed any of thread) but just have to say that the Crying Angels episode was chuffin' genius. Even I was scared and I am 39! (Sadly however have had to stop kids watching it)

Jack ob seems to know Doctor is doctor as the 'doctor' 'captain' seems their first exchange (jack looks knackered and sheepish -just let go of TARDIS?)

I do think everyone's wrong - about the "masterful" thing. I reckon it's simultaneously more complicated than that and simpler.
