I am quite suprised that Lauren & Ryan have split up, as they seemed far more "together" than most of the others! Mind you, I didn't stick with any boyfriends for very long at that age!!

lololol...although, don't think she does....look like a donkey from shrek that is....she had gorgeous eyes, her mother had the same eyes, didn't she.
I've been thinking some more about Ava and Fisnik and there teenagers....the mum who got peed off at them ungrouding the girl...and I can sort of see her point...but then, a bit weird to have her grounded at the time of the filming....
also, the first scenes, where the Kids inspect their new homes....I had to giggle at her disbelief at the absence of a TV, lol....

3andnomore · 17/01/2007 18:09

oh, although I knew that they must have split up, it is quite a shame really, as they did seem to get on so well all in all...but then she mentions a lot of fighting, which wasn't shown on the show, so, just goes to show that how much they edit these things.

Tonight's should be interesting with the pensioners. Saw a clip of Raeisa where she's in a pub or somewhere with the old lady she gets, and the old girl gets up and starts dancing, and Raeisa is laughing and saying "she's too gangsta."

Yes, Rhiannon really looks like her Mum doesn't she?

3andnomore · 17/01/2007 19:02

tis not on tonight, back on tomorrow...honest, how can they do it to us, eh, lol!
Btw, Mummy Penguin are you implying Rhiannons mum also looks like the donkey in shrek???lol!

no, don't know when the repeats are, just read somewhere that it will be repeated...sorry

MummyPenguin · 17/01/2007 23:22

I thought you might ask me that about Rhiannon's Mum, 3andnomore!! No, she didn't have quite the same look about her! Yeah, remembered earlier on that it's not on tonight, there was me all set up with my ironing thinking that Baby Borrowers would help me through the monotony and boredom of ironing, and it wasn't on! There was nothing on! I had to make do with chatting to DH!!

3andnomore · 18/01/2007 11:34

lol, you poor thing....!
As for Rhiannon's mum...glad you weren't implying that....I think Rhiannon will grow up to look more like her mum, but is caught in that awkwad stage where your facial features just don't quite go together...!
Well, it's back on tonight, and I suppose tonight it will be me with that Ironing Board, etc...I am the same, I have to watch TV whilest Ironing, otherwise I would just die of boredom in the process.

MummyPenguin · 18/01/2007 19:51

I suppose I'll be at it again tonight. (Ironing, that is) but perhaps I'll get it finished before Baby Borrowers comes on so I can relax and watch it.

3andnomore · 18/01/2007 20:20

awww, you poor thing, with the Ironing...it's a drab, innit...!
I was going to Iron, that was until my ys decided he would have a blinking nap...so, god knows when he is gonna go to sleep, sigh....wish he was more like his bigger brother in that respect....would really love it if both the lil ones would be in bed by 7pm, sigh...but hohum, eh....ONE DAY!

MummyPenguin · 18/01/2007 21:08

Mine have never been '7 o'clock to bed kids' No ironing in this house tonight! Oh well, tomorrow it is!

3andnomore · 18/01/2007 21:42

you lucky thing...about the no ironing...
es was rotten with going to bed when younger, but when he trurned 3 things turned around.
Ms was always a more routine child, and will even ask to go to bed at 7pm, bless...but ys is just like his oldest brother, sigh....lets just hope the turning point comes at the same time, too...because not all that long to go then, only half a yearish!

3andnomore · 18/01/2007 23:33

What a great episode this was Really enjoyed it, yet again.
Thought Sam did cope quite well, considering everything, because, as lovely as that old gentleman was (and he was seriously lovely, I think), I think he probably was the one that needed the most help...and that tantrum she had when alex mentioned the pub, not I could actually understand her there.
Fisnik and Ava did well, too, and Fisnik showed a nicer, softer side
How cool was that OAP with Raissa...not surprised they got on so well, lol!
With Carls Jack, I have to say at first I felt sorry for him (Jack), but am glad that Carl in the end enjoyed it afterall
So had to laugh at Lauren when she had to cook Pigtrotters...must say, I would have reacted similar, lol!

Pinkchampagne · 18/01/2007 23:36

Oh bum! I was round a friends & missed it again!!

This episode made me cry. I have drunk a bottle of wine though

MummyPenguin · 19/01/2007 12:04

I thought the pensioners episode might be boring, but I really enjoyed it. They were all ovely, the old people. The lady that Raiessa got was fabulous! What a transformation in Raeissa too! I have an Aunt like that, she's not quite as old, she's mid seventies though. Sheila, the lady with Fiznick and Ava was lovely too, and it was nice to see a nicer side of Fisnick. The old gents were good too. I felt sorry for the old fella who lost his wife. 55 years of marriage, wow.

3andnomore · 19/01/2007 13:25

yeah, 55 years of marriage, if my dh and I get to that I will be 80 years old...yikes....

softmusk · 19/01/2007 19:23

Tonights programme was good again, nothing like the others, but it showed how they learned or reacted, eh!
So glad that Avan and Fisnik were able to meet up with the Baby's parents and the Baby again to talk about it!
looking forward to Sunday and that will be it!
I don't think they will make another of this programme, but I suppose that would be for the best, as otehrwise, just like the BB-kind (not Babyborrower, but Big Brother...)it would only go down hill, lol)

MummyPenguin · 21/01/2007 19:54

I forgot that this was on, on Friday night.
