Firstly Jill has really not dealt with the whole Josh situation and I don't blame her given the 'counselling' she received

Secondly -what happened to Derrick's face?

I thought josh was encouraged to live on his own in the house he and Anna shared after marriage, but thought that doesn't make sense as there would be no one to cook/clean and wash his clothes for him!

I noticed on this weeks episode that ginger and jessa in the glass chapel were actually wearing knee length skirts and were showing bare leg.

Have to say I'm finding this series a bit boring tbh. I actually liked watching the whole family in the big house and when they went on road trips. Baking cookies and leaving the baby to have coffee just isn't doing it for me

They've always worn knee length skirts and bare legs, but the boys aren't allowed to wear shorts. And they always wear flip-flops, they try and walk the Great Wall in flip flos and Anna was pushing around a double buggy in flip-flops.
There was a rumour that Jessa got to wear trousers on her honeymoon and they wear their hair tied back when married. Scandalous!

That Sierra is very keen on the Duggar limelight.

Michelle had a thing about her knees being on show.

I think they said on this episode that it was no shorter than knee length skirts and can't remember what they said about t shirts etc but I assume not low cut.
I have the feeling that the older girls now they can choose themselves have worked out how to dress fairly fashionably within 'the rules' and don't follow Michelle's floor length skirt style.
They also seem to be allowed to have make up and their hair done
Sierra is starting to irritate me - almost as much as Michelle's baby voice (but not quite! )

That makes sense as Michelle always has long skirts and flat closed shoes on never saw her with flip flops on.

I think JB and Michelle would probably prefer the girls to wear longer stuff. I remember and episode of their old show where JB was in charge because Michelle was away and he sent one of the very young girls to change or put leggings on with her dress as it was too short, and it was knee length at least.

I don't think Anna would be any better off with her family as they are just as bad. They think she should stay married as she made her vows to God. She has a brother who has pulled away from the family who has begged her to leave Josh and she will help look after her.

I also felt sorry for Joy, being forced to be someone she doesn't want to be.

Anna has a sister that left the cult too. There is another sister married to the new head of the cult.

Total guilty-pleasure watching, but Jill&Jessa is definitely more boring than the original.

It is both gingerboy it's Sister Wives in Us and My 4 Wivesin the UK. I will be watching it despite the fact that I think they just seem to show why you wouldn't want to live their lifestyle. The wives are so over emotional. Particularly Robyn who cries at everything and never seems happy.

The adoption thing is very odd. Michelle used to harp on about it too. Just fucking do it if your so keen! None of them will adopt.

Anna looks half demented with her grinning and fake tan. All the girls seem so on edge. I don't understand why they would do this show other than for money. I feel so sad for the girls and think they just need to step away from fame for a while.

Yep I agree the talk of adoption is inappropriate if they aren't even going to do it. Not sure what the future holds for Anna's marriage. Don't think I'd want to share a bed with a person like josh duggar no matter how much he's repented.

Yes michelle has talked about adoption for over 5 years and never done it, so they can't use the recent events as an excuse. It sadly seems to be a look at me thing for some of them adopting, rather than for the right reasons.
They've always done their hair and makeup wearing their hair down, it's their cult leaders preference and if you see them all at their home school meets they are all clones with the long wavy hair style. The same leader who is allowed to be alone with girls and has been accused of assault.

I've been watching this and it's so fascinating. Jessa definitely seems a bit more modern, it doesn't seem like she kills herself making things perfect for Ben. Jinger and Jana seem to be doing their own thing. Sierra is definitely getting in on the action and I'm sure I recognise her from something else.

Sierra has done many a party and wedding for the Duggars.
