Firstly Jill has really not dealt with the whole Josh situation and I don't blame her given the 'counselling' she received

I wonder if they'd all labour a bit better/quicker of they felt more secure? Having 10 people in the room knowing you are being filmed can stall labour, it's not that dark cosy quiet atmosphere to help labour really.
I like that jessa seems more independant from her mum.
I don't like that they're all starting saying they will adopt. Michelle has been saying that for 5 years and done nothing, it doesn't make you a better person just saying it out loud.

I think they're all pretty comfortable in from of the camera aa they've grown up with it,probably not as intrusive as we'd find it.

Checked my sky planner and it's set to record episode 4 "At Home and Away" on Monday so looks like we're getting the actual series that's showing in the US just taked on after the 3 specials.

Poor Anna. They really have told her its becuase she didn't have enough sex. She was so made up and fake tanned before going to see Josh, who they are know calling Joshua.
The paper plates always do my head in. Glad jill has had to change to washable plastic plates now she can't fill up the local landfill where she is

Just watched this week's episode

Anyone notices that Ben calls spurgeon 'the baby' and when he uses spurgeon's name he giggles, like he's thinking 'I can't believe she actually agreed to the name -that's another bet won!'

Jessa hold the baby really oddly, did you notice? Kind of away from her with one hand under his neck.

I wish they'd just enjoy baby Spurg and not keep banging on about adopting, she's 4weeks PP ffs!

Google says he is now back home after completing a year at a bible college.

Both Jessa and Jill have mumbled about adoption but neither appear to have done anything further about it going by their IG accounts.

It's very weird.

Israel and Spurgeon! !! Poor kids.

Why are they so desperate to be back on TV. None of the girls or anna look as if they have dealt with or recovered from their experience. The last thing they need is a new TV show. Jill seems really odd. I thought she was not a qualified midwife because she wasn't show to go to uni but she's talking like she is qualified?

In America qualifying as a midwife is completely different to over here. Here midwives go through university, there it's just what you see Jill doing. So they are not as skilled as UK midwives. You then get labour and delivery nurses who work in hospital with you until the doctor comes in, all hospital births tend to be doctor led, not like midwife here.
Which is why America pushes for home birth as midwife led hospital birth there is rare.
I don't think jessa seemed ready for a baby or interacts much. I think now they've mentioned adoption they've got to keep saying it. Like michelle has been saying since josie was born!

The thing I'm wondering about spurgeons name (apart from the obvious whhaaatt ) is that they said it was after a preacher called Charles spurgeon - so why not go for Charles or Charlie???
I do feel sorry for Anna especially having to live with Michelle and Jim Bob - I have the feeling she is there so she 'waits for josh' and also so they can keep an eye on her media wise Sad
