Firstly Jill has really not dealt with the whole Josh situation and I don't blame her given the 'counselling' she received

Secondly -what happened to Derrick's face?

Also I am convinced Josiah (sid) is gay, its so flippin obvious!

Agree

OceanWaving · 08/09/2017 18:58

Josiah is absolutely gay, and I reckon Jana is too. It's so sad they are tought their feelings see wrong and can't their lives how they want too happily.
I wonder if all the duggar kids are not allowed to get engaged/start courtships until the previous has married, to extend the viewing figures.

toffee1000 · 08/09/2017 19:16

Nah Jessa and Jill were courting at the same time. Jessa's was announced first but Jill got married before she did.

Ilikesweetpeas · 09/09/2017 20:04

Came on to see if the wedding had been mentioned !

OceanWaving · 12/09/2017 10:31

Just started to watch last nights episode. Just wondering how side hugs are allowed during courtship but holding hands isn't? Seems it should be the other way around, damn those sexual hands!

But it's good to see that courting couples are actually allowed to hug and enjoy them, watching Jill and Jess's they seemed so wooden and awkward and their family would interject and stop them. I remember Jimbob moving Dericks hand off Jill shoulder when they were in Israel.

MamaOfTwos · 12/09/2017 13:01

I have found my people!

Apparently Jana turned down one of the Bates' sons and since then has been left out to dry, as she's essentially expected to raise the children. They'd be fucked if she left!

I can't believe Anna is pregnant again, it's still never been made clear exactly what josh did to his sisters but it makes my skin crawl.

It's a shame to see the responsibilities being passed down to the next girls who aren't even hitting puberty. I personally don't have an issue with the 'gender roles' as the workload is fair, despite the way the jobs are split. I think Jessa and Ben have the healthiest relationship, they seem to genuinely love and care for each other and their kids. Never been a fan of Jill, I find her bitchy and snobby.

I didn't notice the foster child?!

iamdivergent · 12/09/2017 13:26

He is a blond boy, around 10 years old. He was shopping with joy and the girls for Spurgeons birthday party. His name is Tyler.

I really wish they wouldn't show Derrick being sick from his gagging every time Confused

OceanWaving · 12/09/2017 14:36

Tyler is Michelle's great nephew I think, they've not quite adopted him but have long term guardianship.

cushioncovers · 13/09/2017 08:09

Anna has had her baby. Named Mason, according to the Duggar's fb page.

iamdivergent · 13/09/2017 12:06

Ooh thanks!

cushioncovers · 13/09/2017 15:00

I miss M&JB. I think the shows a bit boring without them. The fascinating part was family life with 19 kids now it's just young women going clothes shopping and getting pregnant.

toffee1000 · 13/09/2017 18:04

Yep, Mason Garrett Duggar has arrived. Garrett is also Joseph's middle name as well as Michelle's brother's first name.

dataandspot · 14/09/2017 10:48

Did anyone else notice how filthy the soles of joys feet were on the last episode when she was looking for her shoes?!

iamdivergent · 14/09/2017 11:08

Yes they were so grubby. All the girls are the same ad they don't seem to.wear socks around the house.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 14/09/2017 13:17

I feel so so sorry for Anna - coping with Josh's infidelity - and with being blamed for it, apparently - and having to move in with the Duggars and share the girls' bedroom. It is as if she is being punished for his misdeeds.

I couldn't agree more about Derrick's gagging - why, oh why do they have to keep showing us that?

And JoyAnna has changed so much - why can't she just be who she is - why does she have to become all feminine and ladylike?

dataandspot · 14/09/2017 20:25

I have to fast forward the gagging!

emochild · 15/09/2017 19:41

Why on earth would anyone approve the duggars to take on another child?

Tonight's episode looks like it is going to be mainly flashbacks...

Jill trying to find her baby's heartbeat at 13/14wks is a tad early I thought.

toffee1000 · 18/09/2017 20:59

Surely around then is when you do the viability/dating scan? You can definitely hear the heartbeat then!

iamdivergent · 18/09/2017 21:05

Oh wow that was so awkward when the girls were videochatting and asked Jinger if she was pregnant Confused

iamdivergent · 18/09/2017 21:11

Mw never attempted to listen with any of mine until 16wks at earliest and told me we may not be able to hear at that stage so I did think it was early.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 19/09/2017 12:22

The Duggars are getting married off at a great rate - though I suppose when you have so many adult children, who aren't allowed even to hold hands until they are courting, it's no great surprise that they are pairing up as quickly as possible.

Plus it must be lovely to be in a household where you are only doing the cooking, cleaning and laundry for two people, for a change!

Textpectation · 19/09/2017 20:14

Jill was way out of order asking about pregnancy. Angry Shock. I sensed tension between Jessa, Jinger and Jill. She was a bit of a cow to put Jinger on the spot like that.

Textpectation · 19/09/2017 20:16

Poor Jana - she needs to get herself a bf/gf/ beard. She must be run ragged running the household without her sisters to help out with wife/female work.
