I don't think Ralph will last much longer with Bhupinder and his wife bearing the brunt of him and his family's lives.

I'm sad for poor Ian, I don't think Mr Khan is a good match for Sooni (mind you Ian's offer of 'come run the tea plantation with me' wasn't exactly the stuff of dreams)

I do wonder if we're heading for a 'burn down the big house with everyone inside' type scenario.

I also feel sorry for Ian. Hope he doesn't drink himself into oblivion like his uncle.

Yes, the Ayah should have been nowhere to be found. I love Mr Ian but also hope he won't start drinking much other than tea

Mr Ian knows it all though. He wants revenge for Ramu - if he could link Ralphy to Jaya's death, perhaps it'll all go horribly wrong for Ralph. Not that it's going well so far: no new job, no India bill, sold his weirdy eyed wife for nothing, horrendous debt, friends with a traitor that's been shagging his favourite sister, mad BIL...

Surely a suitably gruesome and painful end to Charlie can be found by Kaiser and Cynthia

Grim again tonight. The worst bit is knowing Evil Charlie probably won't get his comeuppance next week, because the writer didn't know there wouldn't be a third series!

I know. But I'd love Aafrin to give Charlie the cyanide pill... I'm rooting for Mr Ian. I almost don't want to watch the ending and just invent my own.

Forgot about the cyanide pill......hmm......wouldn't it be nice to see Alice, or more likely, Bhupi, forcing it down Charlie's throat......

What did Charlie do to Alice?
Why does Sooni's family think she's going to marry Boman?
Why did Ralph tell the Viceroy everything? Was it revenge?

Good questions, Poosey ! I suppose the details of what happened between Alice and Charlie are left to our imagination (something nasty.....) Haven't a clue what is going on with Sooni and her suitors! I did wonder if Ralph is heading for a serious breakdown, but maybe he feels now he has nothing left to lose?

But how nasty? She was wearing the same dress, no visible bruises, he'd already said "you know I don't go in for that sort of thing" when she tried to shag him. Was it just that he wanted to watch her break Aafin's heart?

I'm hoping Ralph and Bhupi are going to use the cyanide to finish off Charlie but I think it's more likely Alice ends up dead. Perhaps Mr Ian will get Ralph hanged for murder as well?

Hopefully as the writer was expecting to do another series, Alice and Ralph would live on! The most annoying outcome would be a cliffhanger that we'll never see resolved.

Who's watching now? Who's the woman who tried to bonk Mr Ian?

Think she's called Daphne, she's been seen dancing at the club, and modelled at the fashion show.

Really glad we got a happy ending for Alice and Aafrin, and a suitably gory end for Evil Charlie! Even though DH said it was too feel-good. That's how I wanted it to be......

Thanks Clawdy. It was the perfect ending except I'd have liked Bhupi to be better off. Like the Soods giving him a share of Chotipool or something.

However it was otherwise perfect. Charlie thinking Alice would open the door and then realisation kicking in. Ha ha ha. And Mr Ian obv not heartbroken, and even Ralph did the right thing, in his Indian clothes as well. And a wedding at the end and the first time Percy ever smiled!!!

Yes,it would have been nice for Bhupi and his wife to find some happiness. Did you spot Ian' s awkward little dance?! He did give Sooni a sad little glance though! Let's hope Percy's smile means he's not going to be too traumatised!

DH thinks the ending was a bit meh. I liked it. Not too happy happy. I am however not sure how realistic Percy's massive grin was! Also not convinced that Sooni married the right man.

Is it definitely the last one ever? The announcer at the start said "last in series"

I loved Charlie getting a hacking, especially after making eye contact with Alice

We need a MN campaign to crowd fund the next series. I'll miss it
