Awwww baby Pippa is scrummy

NeedACleverNN · 22/03/2016 21:55

Strongly suspect the c section woman spent a LOT longer requesting that but they've edited it out so folk don't go in demanding them Grin

Elledouble · 22/03/2016 21:55

I can't believe when I watch it that I've done it. Having my son feels like it happened to someone else. I can remember pushing him out and him being handed to me, but it's fuzzy.

northernlostsoul · 22/03/2016 21:56

Is that her dad or the babies dad?

KenDoddsDadsDog · 22/03/2016 21:56

Is that her dad or the dad ?

crumblybiscuits · 22/03/2016 21:57

Shock I could never, ever have my Dad there looking at a baby coming out! I'm sure it's a lovely relationship between them but I can't think of anything worse.

Twinwife · 22/03/2016 21:57

Her dad!

weeblueberry · 22/03/2016 21:57

Her dad surely?

NeedACleverNN · 22/03/2016 21:57

I think a lot of people say that elle

I know I was in pain but I can't remember how the pain felt. And I remember the babies being handed to me but not much after that.

OP posts:
Chocolatteaddict1 · 22/03/2016 21:57

I think it's her dad. Too many people there. The great nan at least should get out the bloody way.

northernlostsoul · 22/03/2016 21:58

Well her dads cutting the cord Hmm

Elledouble · 22/03/2016 21:58

Not in a MILLION YEARS would I have had my dad there. Or my mum, come to that.

Alecia is all vernixy and lovely!

crumblybiscuits · 22/03/2016 21:59

I kept thinking she had a big booger, just realised it's an earring.

LBOCS2 · 22/03/2016 21:59

She's not in the horrendous pink outfit, is she?

sonlypuppyfat · 22/03/2016 21:59

Did anyone see those eyelashes

northernlostsoul · 22/03/2016 21:59

I remember thinking o my god this baby is stuck to me.

NeedACleverNN · 22/03/2016 22:00

I love seeing men cry

Makes me well up a bit myself

northernlostsoul · 22/03/2016 22:01

No way should be edited in that way about a c section.

The NHS have a target to hit and it certainly isn't a case of 'I want a section' ..... Ok let's go.

BirthdayBetty · 22/03/2016 22:17

I'm watching now, so avoiding the above posts so not to spoil it Grin

BirthdayBetty · 22/03/2016 22:24

Wow, the triplets Grin

ginplease83 · 22/03/2016 23:30

Crumbly biscuits- what a cow! DD1 born in 4 hours haha

DowntonIsMyHome · 23/03/2016 01:26

was it just me, or should the MW have said "here come your aunties" as opposed to "here's your auntie and uncle" considering Andy identifies as female?

that really jarred at the end... but the babies were cute

crumblybiscuits · 23/03/2016 08:19

Downton I'm not sure as the lady and her family kept referring to her as 'my brother'. I would probably go with whatever the family was using if unsure.

northernlostsoul · 23/03/2016 09:05

The midwife did say auntie and uncle then the one giving birth said Both Aunties.
