I was just looking at Kellie's jive on YouTube and realised that that seems to have been the last time she had a decent dress. So whatever it was that she did to offend the costume department, it must have been shortly after that.

At least Craig has some honesty; the others have been trying to get rid of Anita for weeks.

But it was Craig who undermarked her Argentine Tango, and he has consistently done so most of the time.

I don't think it's true to say that the Jay's jive can't be improved. For instance, there are some bits which he admitted at the time are essentially fillers where he is doing the twist or that thing with the fingers in a scissors position across his face, where a bit more choreography could be put in. However, I do remember him saying that they rarely managed to get through it without mistakes during practice sessions so he'd be justified in worrying whether he can pull it all off again.

I hope Georgia does the Charleston again.

If Anton has any sense, he'll model his showdance on the Tom Chambers format.

Nah, I think Len is in it till he pops his clogs. He's gonna do a brucie and totally outstay his welcome.

He's getting perilously close already - if he even detects so much as a cats bum face from the back row he stops mid sentence and shouts at the audience. Its beyond a joke.

I thought he was an utter pain in the arse this year. He was like that horrible unpleasant bitter uncle you avoid at funerals.

Well I've been out so I've only just seen the results show. Big thank you (not) to the poster who thought posting the heavy hint about the result was clever.

I don't think doing the salsa again was a good idea either.
I just hope the judges make Katie and Anton do one of their rubbish Latin dances again. She's nothing like as good as the other finalists anyway.

Gleb seems to be hinting on Twitter he will be back next year.

Have to admit I'm pleased to hear this - have rather enjoyed watching him as he's so bloody perfect looking despite his rather glib personality .

I haven't heard any rumours about Anton but I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't his last series - I doubt that he wants to go back to having the joke contestant again next year. But equally he's so identified with Strictly that I think they'd have to find some sort of role for him, either as a judge or a presenter. Maybe replacing Tess?

Did anyone notice Anita's earrings in the shows tonight? At the end of the Salsa Sat night I noticed she was missing one. Then in the dance off she had it back, I thought wow, they found it, or more likely they have multiples of everything. Then when she was waiting at the top of the stairs to dance again she was wearing completely different earrings.

I cant figure out the order they filmed it it in. It even got me thinking is the whole flipping thing rigged. But surely someone who attends the live shows would have let that slip.

She was my fave, gutted she is gone. Not sure if I can be bothered with the final. Voting this year was all over the place and Anita was consistently under marked

Kellie, like a packhorse, works like a dog, would like to see her win it but I dont think she will.

I could cope with Anton judging if we get Karen Hardy too. With Craig as head judge. Would prefer Brendan and Karen though.

At point it seemed like a close final but now it seems like Jay is the out and clear fave (for doing one good jive and pulling off the 'I'm just a shy likkle boy' storyline)

I think it's going to be like the final with Louis, he was obviously going to win all the way through. Gutted I have to watch the whole thing on catch up for the final, we have a family event on.... Boo! I will miss this thread and the show so much when strictly is over!

I disagree. I think the audience have been bloody rude with all their booing when Len dares to pull someone up on their technique. It's been far worse this series.

I think the booing shouldn't be allowed. I wonder if its encouraged by producers as I wouldn't expect an en masse boo at some of the things they do iyswim.

The booing in the last few episodes has been really immature, I expect that from X Factor and really don't want SCD to be like that pantomime. I would be a bit annoyed if I was Len too.

Didnt see the results show but knew who went out will watch later i suspect anton did a woop woop dance they have been good though. i am not to fussed who wins tbh I have no clear favourite this year jays little boy lost has been ticking me off for a couple of weeks and Alionas pawing is so ott

Anton was very gentlemanly about it all but his face was a picture, complete and pure joy basically and just so happy. It was quite sweet even though I don't agree they should be there.

Jay and Aliona are on radio 2 and have confirmed that are definitely not doing the jive in the final Sad

They don't think they can perform it as well again and don't want fans to be disappointed!

However it is one of the dances they will be doing on the tour Wink

I don't think there was any mystery about Anita's earrings. She had one pair on during the first dance, lost one, then either found it or had it replaced. When she had to dance again she presumably decided it wasn't secure and didn't want the distraction, so changed them for others. The first pair were quite big and in fact I noticed that the one she lost wasn't really hanging properly anyway, whilst the second pair were smaller.
