I am OBSESSED with Monica this series, she's dropping some serious burns all over the place.

I initially thought he was Cockney so that tells you all you need to know about my level of knowledge when it comes to English accents!

And as for gurny Gregg the talking clock, I think he may have infected Monica and Marcus, they kept chivvying people along last night. I wanted someone to say 'dudes, just chill'.

I loved when Marcus asked Bobby if he was hungry!

'Yes I am. I'll have something to eat when we get a break'.

I only know his origins because of the little bio at the beginning, and because I'm from Hertfordshire too! So the accent is all too familiar.

I love Monica's withering looks. I am working on perfecting them myself.

Tattoo earring man looked like he was going to cry all the time. I wanted Joey to do well as the sole female on the show, but a salad, really?! I think she realised that she was out of her depth and kept saying that the standard of the other chefs was high.

Yes, I thought that. Sad, but it did look as if she had reached her limit. I was so pleased that Darren, the Baxter's soup man, pulled it back! I like him.

Pearl barley pudding? I'd have put him in the stocks for that.

What an affront to the art of pudding. Sounds like the type of thing you'd expect to find on the menu in the most earnest and worthy of vegan cafés!

I wanted Joey to do well too but a tomato salad?! Maybe her nerve deserted her and she self sabotaged.

The salmon dish the Scottish guy came up with at the end looked so delicious.

Anyone else think the other guy who got through (Andy?) looks like a young Fred West?

I was rooting for Joey too, especially as she did so well in the previous episodes.
