Because if it's NOT staged, then this wedding is a textbook example of why there should be a moment in the show - as in Barely Legal Drivers when the camera crew insist on breathalysing the bleary-eyed teen driver after a big night out - when someone from Relate stops the whole farce in its tracks and yells, 'You, uptight teacher! And you, irritating manchild! Do you two people actually know each other?'

Ugh that mouthy bridesmaid is horrible. She's got one of those disapproving faces that just instantly puts you off a person.

I've just realised that the bride looks like a younger version of Alex Polizzi, the hotel inspector. Curl her hair and give her a ruddy nose and they'd be identical!

Surely at some point before applying to Don't tell the bride they discuss things like venues, dresses etc and what they'd hate. Of course getting the polar opposite makes for good television but would you not just pretend you hated something so it added a little drama but you got what you really wanted?
