On MrsPeabody's advice I've started a new one.

OP posts:

Who tied the blonde woman to the tree do you think ? Obviously the person when Daryl & Aaron saw the single light in the distance ... Morgan wouldn't have done that surely ?

Strawberryhearts · 24/03/2015 00:37

Who tied the blonde woman to the tree do you think ?

The Wolves. I'm sure we'll finally see that group next week.

Strawberryhearts · 24/03/2015 00:42

Can't believe it was Nicholas that had Ricks hidden gun too!

I was certain it would be Enid.

ZacharyQuack · 24/03/2015 04:00

It seems unlikely that there would be much left of a living naked person tied to a tree once zombies found her. She seems to be disemboweled but otherwise intact. When Laurie died in the prison, didn't Rick find no trace of her body apart from a single bloated zombie?

Surely the zombies would eat every bit of her flesh, much like a MN chicken?

hopefulpuffin · 24/03/2015 04:15

The whole wolves thing is confusing me.

Do we think the wolves are responsible for butchering the zombies? Not just carving the initial?

When did they see the truck with all the zombie parts fall out the back? Was that just before getting to Alexandria?

I agree that I'd like to get an idea of how many people are living in Alexandria.

Any ideas how the wolves could get close enough to a zombie to carve the "w" and then let it go?

I honestly thought they were going to hug it out with Sasha there in the woods.

I thought Rick was doing okay up until they went through the window. I think he's not ready for any sense of security that Alexandria provides. I was surprised Michonne whacked him.

hopefulpuffin · 24/03/2015 04:18

I agree that under normal circumstances the tied up woman would have been devoured.

But if the wolves tied her up, they probably also cleared the zombies off her for someone to find her.

Do the wolves know Darryl and whosewhatsis are tracking them?

ZacharyQuack · 24/03/2015 05:13

The wolves could be killing the living rather than carving up the already-dead. That's what I was assuming based on the body parts and W marked zombie heads.

Noah's family's home looked like it had walls destroyed and people killed/maimed, I'm assuming the wolves did that, and that's what they will try to do to Alexandria. Not sure why, perhaps just because murderous psychos can flourish during an apocalypse.

TheVolatileMolatov · 24/03/2015 05:43

I accept it's a zombie apocalypse and ingredients are limited but Carol's tuna casserole looked vile.

TheVolatileMolatov · 24/03/2015 05:44

I have assumed The Wolves are killing the living not zombies as well.

HaveTeaWillSurvive · 24/03/2015 06:11

Grin
hopefulpuffin · 24/03/2015 06:49

Okay. That much much more sense that the wolves are mutilating people who are then zombified.

I can't wait for next week.

Do you think we can get a zombie icon thingy?

Moln · 24/03/2015 06:58

Got to agree about the casserole. Very grim.

Midori1999 · 24/03/2015 06:58

I agree about Carol's tuna casserole. Plus, I hate to be picky, but it looked more like tuna pasta bake to me, but they kept calling it casserole.

BernadetteMatthews · 24/03/2015 07:01

Grin I thought the tuna bake was the grossest thing I've seen this series.

ApocalypseNowt · 24/03/2015 07:05

I thought it was a piece of straw rather than a twig. Agree it was distracting though.

Weird episode....a lot happened but nothing seemed to move on any further iyswim?

MrsPeabody · 24/03/2015 07:14

Grin At mumsnet chicken.

OstentatiousBreastfeeder · 24/03/2015 07:23

So are the Wolves making walkers? Carving W into living peoples' foreheads, allowing them to turn and herding them towards communities? Because there are a lot more walkers at the wall than there were, and Daryl and Aaron remarked on how many more walkers there were about before finding the sacrificed chick. Not sure why they're relieving the walkers of their appendages though Hmm

Hmm. I think they're under assault and nobody's realised. Oh! And I bet Sasha will be the one to notice, but everyone will think she's unhinged and write her off due to all the frame shooting and walker hunting, besides which they're all too busy infighting to look at the walls...

I've forgotten a vast portion of what I read in the comics around this time so most of the plot is going over my head, but I remembered the crashing through the window and Michonne pistol-whipping Rick (YOU GO GIRL).

Women were owning this episode.

Love the way they're introducing Carl's romance, innocent hand brushes and all that. Even in a ZA you can be chaste

rallytog1 · 24/03/2015 07:27

Enid had a twig in her hair too. I liked the realism Grin

MrsPeabody · 24/03/2015 07:54

Ostentatious, I like that theory.

susiedaisy · 24/03/2015 07:59

The twig was distracting
That was a tuna pasta bake and it looked vile
Deannas skin looks weird
I think I love Glenn
What was that god awful music playing in the opening scene??
I was a bit panicky that M went out without her sword.
Where the feck is Maggie? Are they preparing us for her demise by making her less important in the group?

MrsPeabody · 24/03/2015 08:05

The music was Deanna's sons music. He played it in the van for going on runs.

BeyondDoesBootcamp · 24/03/2015 08:23

That god awful music was nine inch nails!! Shock

rallytog1 · 24/03/2015 08:28

Based on that episode, I think Maggie is safe. They normally make people more prominent, not less, before they're killed off. I'm worried for Glenn though - Nicholas hates him AND now he's got a gun.

HaveTeaWillSurvive · 24/03/2015 08:48

Do you think they'll turn Daryl and send him into Alexandria...
