On MrsPeabody's advice I've started a new one.

Enid had a leaf in her hair when she pulled out the knife while talking to Coral.

And the Carl storyline really does jar. He was a little boy at the start of the zombpocalypse, 18 months ago. He was what, nine? And now 18 months later he's 14/15 and fancying girls?

I think the 'run CD' was music that Aiden listened to on the supply runs.

I quite liked this episode. I liked Glen talking to Nicholas and sasha, Michonne and Rosita. Rick has lost the plot a bit though. Ok, quite a lot. I can see why after terminus he'd feel simply exiling people was a huge risk though.

The 'sneak peeks' I saw are different to the trailers. I don't want to say what or who was in them in case it's spoilerish, but I'll try and find links. One in particular is very good I thought.

I see what you mean, but no matter how much time has progressed in the series, in the real world it's been five years. It would be silly to have Coral acting like a little boy, he obviously isn't.

I find the Carl scenes a little weird tbh. I know he'd be mature beyond his years due to circumstances, but he is still a kid and I don't really want to see him romantically involved.

I liked this episode. Glenn was awesome, as ever.

One thought I've had, in earlier episodes I noticed the Alexandrians talking about losing things, when Rick's group were talking about losing people. Maybe reading to much into that, but is it possible that until Aiden died none of them had lost someone close to them? The other deaths had been of newcomers? Like Enid's mother?

Which is why I think they could have built more time out into the seasons. They could have had six months at the prison before the gov came knocking, been on the road to terminus a few months, a few months to Washington etc etc. That would fit more as well with how the world feels now.

Could it be the end of the Ricktatorship?!? He went a bit nutty didn't he
I thought the tree scene was cute, if a little predictable. Pretty sure Enid is Walker bait now though. Or involved with the 'wolves'.

Mixed feelings about this one. Lots more W walkers.. Also, I guess we won't find,out who darryl follows in the woods until next week. I agree ricks love interest grates on me, I have a feeling she will die in the next one! (Pure speculation based on nothing whatsoever!)

At the mo. Rick and co are coming across as a lot more crazy than the alexandrians, doesn't bode well.

It would be nice if we could see more of the alexandrians. We know a couple and I don't particularly want many new characters to care about but there is no sense of them as a community, I've no idea how many people are even there roughly.

I reckon whatever Edith's story is, it's nowhere near as interesting as our "one of the wolves" idea. Genius whoever came up with that.

I think you just have to accept a time jump with Carl, he's 15 years old, you get it with some book series, the characters only age 5 years in 20 but their setting moves in real time.

And I agree they are talking very obliquely at each other "the world is different now" "you have to fight to live" etc. Just say "the last time we trusted someone they came at our place and cut maggies dad's head off with a sword and then we ran to a sanctuary and they were actually eating people, so we're a bit jumpy and there are some reet shits out there so let's all be careful".

Ah yes that'd make sense, run cd, I'm so dim!!

rick had been annoying me for a while now, though not as badly as he did when he wAs in his super paranoid don't give any new person a chance phase.

Fab episode. Then i went and read all the comic spoilers, so have a fair idea what will happen next week

I think it's different abig.... This isn't a fantasy, it's supposed to be real world building. Yet we're supposed to ignore a bit of magic that's aged Carl? Not just physically but to the point that he is actually now supposed to be about 15?

The twig in Sasha's hair was very distracting! I thought she was going to go into full on sobbing meltdown there but she's obviously not there yet (if ever).

I think Michonne is going to take over from Rick. A coup of sorts.
