Yeah I don't want Ben to actually succeed as he really does have no idea what the hell he is doing. Be very interesting to see what happens when Phil gets out and when everyone realises what Ben has done!

I dislike both Phil and Ben so I can't wait to see Phil's reaction when he finds out his precious son has signed over the Arches to Max!

I'm intrigued by this Nick being killed storyline which will fall in the anniversary week. Apparently once the Lucy storyline is over, a new murder investigation will start with nick's murder and they've been plotting this storyline since last year. Wtf? Are they really going to kill Nick off? He's the bad penny that always turns up...I wonder if he'll die for real.

No, max tricked Ben into signing the arches over. Surely one max finds out the truth though (which I'm sure he will surely?) then he won't follow through with it. Plus he isn't any match for Phil is he really!

So now Phill has signed the papers to own the arches, does that mean max doesn't?

It wasn't very clear if Phil signed the Arches over before Ben signed it to Max and Ben has just found out, or if Phil has signed it to Sharon not knowing if it's his to sign over?

Ben made himself company director while he had the power. He then unintentionally signed The Arches over to Max. Phil's signed everything he owns back over to Sharon, presumably this doesn't include The Arches because it no longer belongs to him!

Phil was in my local panto, that's why he is in prison at the moment. Ben looked thoughtful, do you think he will tell Max that he didn't have the authority and that Sharon actually owned the Arches all the time? She would back him up and their 'brief' is dodgy so they could change the dates/times on the paperwork presumably.

Was the contract Ben signed dated? They gave an unnecessary close up of the signatures at the end,

I reckon max and Phil will kill Nick.

Yeah they're already making up a list of suspects with the storylines aren't they? It could be Phil, Max, Dot, Sharon, Yvonne, Ian, obviously Charlie and Ronnie. Loads of people would have motives to kill him. Even Martin could have a motive seeing as Nick hated Mark so much. I wonder when Martin will come back properly.

you know whenever anyone in Eastenders (or any other soap for that matter) "I have proof" why don't they just say, I did have proof but of course it will have disappeared because I have uttered the words "I have proof"
