This lamb dish is not quick, if you have to leave it to rest for 6-7 minutes after cooking it.

They are actually cooking.

How much butter in that butter bath thingy? I'd have the lamb over the fish any day.

This chef seems to be making them even more nervous.

I think that chef is awful. He is making Olly nervous with the constant 'calm down' stuff. I think he's showing off.
