Why don't they rent out rooms in the b&b if they are skint ?

Thrilled there's a 'new' Bobby. The last one was bloody awful. All public school accent and floppy hair and a bit drippy totally not what he'd be like if he'd been to Walford Primary... At least this Bobby is a bit more believeable.

I thought she owned the minute mart and her sister the B&B. Didn't Patrick give them to them ?
They should be rolling in it , it's upwards of 500 quid a month to rent a room in London !

I vaguely recall Denise said running the B&B was too much for her after Kim left but can't be sure.

But still nicking potatoes and stuff from the shop so u realistic it is meant to show how hard it is for carers but it is just daft

She could give someone a room in return for caring for Patrick. Potatoes = stupid feeble excuse for finding Lucy's phone.. sack the scriptwriters !

And why hide her phone. Police can trace what calls she made received and texts etc via phone company

We haven't seen new arrivals either of the people who were meant to be renting Alfie's house that he aquired

I don't like what they're doing with Denise. She has a lot of integrity. She wouldn't steal.
Perhaps it would be better to leave the shop and get the B&B open to guests with some onsite staff, I don't know, it just seems ludicrous to have it practically unoccupied when it could be making money!
Alfie spoke to Kat about 'another night in the B&B' recently but I didn't know if he meant that one or another.

I thought Ian looked worried too. Not shocked that stuff had been found, more worried about it.

WRT the "L" nickname (yes I am on a three day delay loop ) I thought Mick called her "Kell" short for 'Kellie' , her IRL name.

Maybe he changed Kell to L to get round it (and has a 30 second memory )

I hate what the writers are doing to Denise. I still can't believe she'd steal, and her spiteful comments last night about Jane and Lucy were also out of character.

I have a postman who looks sufficiently like Massood to make me do a double take when I opened the door the first time! Felt like I'd been transported into Eastenders! He's not been on this week though. They seem to go through phases - I'll have him for a few months then won't see him for ages. It makes me sad that we don't have a regular postie. I should probably find out his real name sometime so I can stop gleefully informing DH every time "Massood" brings us something!

All the changing of actors is annoying!!
