I've suffered for years, since I was a child, and have tried EVERYTHING. They have been mainly menstrual since having ds (went totally when pregnant- but that's a drastic reason for too many children). All my family, on both mum and dad's side have suffered from them- so between us we've tried a lot of stuff. Including, in my gran's case the removal of ALL her teeth at 40 years old- it didn't help, funnily enough

Nana- I've tried the triptans-and avoided them for years because they didn't help- last week, we tried Imigran again,(and it is expensive- only 6 of the little buggers per prescription) and it made me much worse. So now I have a beta blocker which both helps the raised bp, and is a migraine prophylaxis. I'm hoping it helps.

And they only gave me a CT scan, because I was born with water on the brain, and despite having been healthy and fine since 3, the shunt is still in place. Not surprisingly, the scan showed abnormalities- I think they are from the original surgeries, rather than anything recent.

I am not allowed to take any more Tramadol- didn't help the pain anyway, but it made X factor viewing more interesting.!

Back to X Factor - surprised that so many of you have to watch the adverts - I just couldn't bear it - my Sky + is my greatest luxury being an OAP and all..........I record anything I can on ITV and Channel 4 so I can FF the ads - I swear they get longer.

I still haven't forgiven MelB for proclaiming Pugsy the winner and her stupid HaHaHa to the others. Really bad form when she has 2 other contestants in the live shows. Mind Cheryl (and I do love her) said Pugsy and Fleur were her favourites last week - not very kind to her girls.......even if one of them is fakey - yay I've remembered a NN.

Is there hope for me now?

nana- you will soon realise the adverts are the very best bit of X factor as it it gets near Christmas. Which says EVERYTHING you need to know about the programme, really

I am currently watching Chloe Jasmine on a spendaholics programme on channel 5. She seems to have forgotten her fake accent.

Is there a reality TV programme she hasn't been on yet?

She's clearly just desperate to be famous for being famous.

I don't think there is. She's definitely desperate for fame.

I'll be surprised if I don't see her on the next series of masterchef. Or the GBBO. Or on the antiques roadshow (although admittedly I don't watch that). She's probably been turning up to every gardeners' question time hoping she can get her fake plummy tones on the radio asking about how to prune things.
