although slightly enjoyed the family dynamics going on last night, unfortunately DD's favourite programme and in fact Guardian seems to recommend it

smurf had a bleed on the brain- like a stroke. Hence the headaches earlier on in the programme tonight. That was the 'uh oh' moment.

Not caused by the shooting I assume- too long afterwards.

I think her obsession with Bashira is tedious- why, just why?

I enjoyed the Charles-Molly dinner and the eye language between them.

roger thank you for your unintended Our Girl fest, we love you for it. Think I may have to go and decompress in Cyprus. Ending wrong, but right. How could they kill Smurf!!!! I actually missed the bit after the credits when Molly went to Bath and only found it trying to find the Q and A link, thank god he got his mojo back. Been lovely sharing with you ladies. xx

Shame dear old Charles felt he had to resign his commission (if of course he has yet - he may still be in on convalesce/rehabilitation) as it would be interesting for a second series to explore issues around inter-rank relationships without the line-of-command muddling the waters.

Just watched it. Im disappointed. I wanted M& J to make passionate love in that grand house. Wanted her to marry him. Oh dear. I hope they make another series and Capt J is in it.

I have just watched it again (and the restaurant scene about 8 times) and yep, whilst the uniform reeled me in, I think the checked shirt and the look on his face was good too.

Same time, same place next year for Series 2 ? I have loved him it.

a) Feeling really gutted about S and also very guilty that I'm relieved it was him and not CJ.
b) Dancing with joy that she ended up with CJ, all lovey dovey smiles and all, but ...
c) Where was the hot, crazy 'we've waited long enough now let's make up for lost time' sex as soon as they were behind closed doors?? Huh? They even cut before they kissed on the bed! BBC! You lead us to water but you don't let us drink!!!!
