So far smacking these children has installed great discipline in them , they are very well behaved ....NOT !!!

pedilia · 21/09/2006 21:15

I am absoultely gobsmacked by these parents, very apt Childline advert break!!

sweetkitty · 21/09/2006 21:15

What's the score with that woman eyebrows - I couldn't stop staring at them.

Think she is barking mad.

AllyC71 · 21/09/2006 21:16

This is horrendous!!! This is not smacking! This is child abuse .. hitting .. slapping. Horrid horrid people....and the way they talk to their children. This programme is incorrectly titled. It should be called, "I'm a bully and proud of it". I'm all for discipline and I've slapped my child on the hand when she's been about to endanger herself but these people don't deserve kids. I'm shocked!

WelshBoris · 21/09/2006 21:16

The couple coming up next, bloke with glasses, he's a first class prick

Does he really think whacking his child on the legs coupled with swearing is going to ensure he grows up to be a well rounded individual?

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

princessmel · 21/09/2006 21:17

OMG, this is so sad. Its awful I can't bear to watch it. No wonder they are always fighting. they see it from there own mother every day. Its terrible.

dontlookatme - I thought she reminded me of waynetta too. I think they are terrible examples of parents and I hope they are ashamed when they see it back. Are they too stupid too see that it is clearly not working????

mumfor1standfinaltime · 21/09/2006 21:18

Not a very fair representation of a cut through of todays society IMO.

How do these people expect their children to have good manners and not swear if they swear themselves!!

(Those eyebrows are very scary!)

tiptoes · 21/09/2006 21:19

Don'tlookatmeimshy-I was thinking tracy reminded ne of Waynetta Slob

Noticed they ran an ad for childline in the break.

I really really cannot watch this it is making me physically sick

MamaMaiasaura · 21/09/2006 21:25

By Awen on Thursday, 21 September, 2006 9:24:18 PMI have just switched off TV - it is awful and I am actually reduced to tears. My dp felt so sick about it too that we turned off.

Have even resorted to contacting police regarding child protection issues and am now trying to find tel number for TV Watchdog.

People say smacking works and is a measured response. Imo it is boarish bullying showing a complete lack of ability to reason.

It is completely obvious it isnt working.. children now behaviourial problmes and fighting and hitting eachother. They are frightened of parents and are probably more likely to drink/drugs etc

AllyC71 · 21/09/2006 21:27

These guys need to get to the root of the problem and sort the flippin' swearing out, if that's the thing that bothers them enough to smack the children. Where's sooooper nanny when you need her huh? I'd like to slap this bloke! See how he likes it.

alexsmum · 21/09/2006 21:27

that poor poor poor little boy. was given every scrap of attention, new baby comes aong and parents satrt beating the crap out of him!!!
how confused and sad he must feel.

his dad after the first smack he was really nice and wel behaved- he was probably scared to death!

mummydear · 21/09/2006 21:27

I think Miariam Stoppard may have had some nip and tuck there.

Does Tracey ever speak or is she there to make the place look pretty ?

Still watching ....

WelshBoris · 21/09/2006 21:28
