I'm really hoping for Linda's sake that her mum knows her better than that and hasn't jumped to the wrong conclusion. Linda looked frightened when Dean stood in front of her, her mum should surely be able to spot that if they're as close as has been made out (I had the impression that Linda and co lived with her mum their whole married life until they bought the Vic).

The actress is doing a fantastic job IMO, it's so real. The way her face crumbled when her mum was talking to her in the kitchen - I did too!

This is the only thing that I think is unbelievable. Noone has stopped to ask her what on earth is wrong, despite her acting way, way out of character. I once had a huge rent problem in my early twenties, but I tried to hide it. I went to visit my mum, and apropos of nothing it was mentioned that mum had just taken my sister shopping for a few items of clothing. My face must have said something, because I didn't... But my mum knew straight away that something wasn't right (there has never been any jealousy or anything between my sister and I)

Yes I agree, great acting by Linda actress (kellie bright?). It's sad because she came into the soap all happy and merry and it only takes a few months for "the square" to make a misery of all the happy people's lives. No one should move there!

I also dislike Ronnie...her transformation to a gangsterella is hilarious, but atm Roxy and her hot pants in October are pissing me off. And has Amy started school yet or not?! Now she was was whisked off on holiday for a week...will Roxy have to pay a fine?

Finally, is the man with the eyes Ryan? I think it's him. He was spying on Stacey and Max but why did he nick peter's underground ticket?

I cannot rtft at this point so can I just ask what the hell is going on with Nick Cotton? Stenders coincides bloody exactly with bedtime for ds and dd so I'm always missing bits and asking dh is useless. Is he dead or not, and what is in the coffin????

I think the watcher is Ryan too just caught up I hope Lindas mum doesn't think linda has had an affair I really want it to be over soon its excruciating kellie bright is brilliant though. What is Alyks up to find it hard to feel sorry for Roxy little Amy is hilarious she is such a madame. Oh I think the carter kids are 22 21 (nearly) and 19.

Yeah, you're probably right about the 'mystery eyes' I always thought Ryan was quite hot, those eyes looked a bit rough (should have been a detective, clearly)

I thought the watcher was Nick Cotton. Are EE trying to reassemble the cast of 85 for the 30 year anniversary or something.

The rape is reminiscent of Kathy Beale in 1988.

Totally off thread but they ARE reassembling the cast of early Neighbours for their thirtieth (or however old it is) and Jason Donovan is in. I feel fuzzy.

It looks like it only has 3 rooms the vic yet lee jonny nancy and stan all live there and tinabefore she moved out I think someone must sleep on the floor or they have bunkbeds . I am sure mick said to somebody the other week I hope you dont mind sleeping in the livingroom.
Speaking of Mick why was he sqeezing his MIL arse that was urgh.i have a feeling Lindas mum is one of those matey mums where she said we are more sister s than mum and daughter

I think they are trying to reassemble the 1985 cast. I read a DTC interview where he said that Martin was being brought back because he was the first baby born and that to move forward they must look back or something.

Also, I don't know if this has been discussed on here yet, but didn't the actor who plays Jim Branning die? Do you think they'll make a death story about him because Dot's always off "visiting" Jim at the care home.

Im 43 thats depressing 30yrs sigh the ctor only died couple of week s ago I think jim will die soon they should do a 1 off episode june brown is fab in those.is there many of the original cast characters still alive. I remember lou beale being disgusted that Pauline was pregnant I think she called arfur a randy old man or something.

and Ryan, is that his name, Lauren's alcoholic ex, he picked up peter's letter to his dad for some reason and is now following them or her.

linda's mum is far too young isnt she? she is meant to be grandma. and i fear she willthink linda is having an affair, or had an affair.
