I know it's dreadful (Channel 5 after all...) however I am sure I will end up watching this at some point.

Will anyone else watch with me?

Hate the word 'bling'
Surely it can't be safe ust sticking crystals onto everything, they didn't even look secure just perching them onto everything. Totally agree with negrilbaby (love your name by the way, spent a week in negrilbaby before the kids, total paradise)

These women are so annoying!!

dillite · 28/07/2014 21:50

I have always wondered who in their right mind buys all that blingy shit. Now I know. No mind present there. WHY? Where do you stop?

chesterberry · 28/07/2014 21:50

This just gets worse and worse. That poor little girl crying "I'm scared" at the pageant - the amount of pressure she is under to look beautiful and win an award for her mum must feel huge.

BoiledPiss · 28/07/2014 21:51

I agree jelly, i think they are harming them...

pumpkinsweetie · 28/07/2014 21:51

The hooters outfit is so wrong! Hooters is a place in america where men go to drink whilst women wear a revealing white vest top and orange hot pants.

That woman is a lowlife for dressing her daughter up like she is a sexual object.

The nails one thing- nice treat for a kid but the tan and make up just no.

Kids should be kids

Funghoul · 28/07/2014 21:52

That shop where you can buy on lay away is in my town. I've walked past it millions of time and thought the clothes looked like shite. I had my first, dd, last year, and have never stepped foot inside. The clothes look cheap, you can get better quality in primark. It certainly isn't a look that I've noticed to be popular round here but the shop has been open for ages so obviously someone buys there.

Only1scoop · 28/07/2014 21:52

'You look like Miley Cyrus on the wrecking ball'

Says it all....I'm sure her vile mothers goal would be a Miley clone

dillite · 28/07/2014 21:52

BABIES ARE NOT DOLLS! No-one in their right mind thinks of babies as dolls! Those poor kids! They can barely move in all those dresses FFS!

SiennaBlake · 28/07/2014 21:53

It's market stall clothes basically with bling chucked on and prices whacked up.

TheFirstOfHerName · 28/07/2014 21:53

I will say one thing positive and that's they do love their daughters.

I agree, and they honestly think they are doing the best for them.

It's just that it's the opposite of what I'm trying to do for my daughter (teach her that she is already beautiful without artificial assistance, and that in any case there is much much more to her identity than physical appearance).

We often get comments (even from strangers) on DD's beauty (they have obviously managed to see past the wild hair and the mismatching clothes she chooses) but for us it's all about her courage, her kindness, her creativity, her integrity etc.

SiennaBlake · 28/07/2014 21:53

FFS that costume.

This can't be real.

Fcukfifa · 28/07/2014 21:53

Haha I didn't spend a week in negrilbaby (would be really weird) auto correct added the baby on the end

Have just watched the last 5 mins or so.
It's a different world from the one I inhabit.
I think it's perfectly hideous.
Shame on them all.

Jellykat · 28/07/2014 21:54

WTF????

KeemaNaanAndCurryOn · 28/07/2014 21:54

Oh god. The hooters costume was bad enough, but that dance.

Sweet mother of fuck.

She isnt even congratulating her ffs! Oh god i am so cross!!

ginslinger · 28/07/2014 21:55

The hooters kid - dancing. I'm shocked. And one of the other mothers says it's not appropriate. Grin

Eebahgum · 28/07/2014 21:56

I am horrified by the hooters performance! Why would you want to see your 4 year old daughter dancing like that?

BoiledPiss · 28/07/2014 21:56

The dance routine was horrible to watch...

SiennaBlake · 28/07/2014 21:56

And the weird thing is, if they read this, they'll think we are jealous haters. Bonkers planet.

Fcukfifa · 28/07/2014 21:57

I know somebody who owns a shop selling those huge dresses. They are popular with gypsy families. They are not to my taste at all but the dresses I looked at were very good quality although I picked one set up that was a dress and bloomers and it weighed a tonne! Not sure how a small child could carry the weight. Was £120 too Shock

MrsRaegan · 28/07/2014 21:57

Think vile and lowlife are a bit strong. Not what you would do, not your preference. You can say that without calling another parent horrible names.
