Focaccia has a lot of oil, ciabatta has some. Certainly wouldn't turn out on oil though.

Not enough time to prove a decent ciabatta at room temperature though.

Shame that they ask them to do something that takes a bit of time and make then rush it.

Kind of glad I've not watched it all, Paul is particularly cantankerous this evening. It's sometimes very difficult to like him.
