For the first time ever I'm watching a technical challenge that I've voluntarily made myself many times!!!

It's actually really easy to do ciabatta.

Don't know who's recipe their using though. Ciabatta has loads oil in?!

coffee - I didn't think that Paul's ciabatta was that good either! The holes were too few and too small, and the whole thing looked a bit heavy.
