The thing is, Chetna had similar problems with her ice cream and at least she presented something. So I can see where the judges are coming from.

Yes poor Ian. Mary was very nice to him, he was crying The odd thing was that Diane said where was his freezer ? Which made it look like it was her fault.

I reckon they should give star baker to someone who's not been it before, especially because they all seem to be really good in this series.

I thought Martha should have been in the running at least for star baker, having won round 2 and produced the Key Lime Baked Alaska that they were really enthusiastic about in round 3. OK, she didn't do too well in round 1, but then Richard didn't have the best round 2.

Didn't notice Richard smirk but that's put me right off him. And Kate's comment 'I've learnt not to throw a bake out' Seemed so unnecessary.

Why didn't anyone mention what happened!? Mel, Sue, the other contestants. I find that odd.

That's why I think it's down to the editing. The way Diana was acting too... it just doesn't feel right that the show represented things as they actually happened.

See, this is all BBC1's fault because of the crappy editing.

Well, they shouldn't have edited it that way if Diana wasn't to blame. But she did take Ian's ice cream out of the freezer, didn't she? If only for forty seconds?

40 seconds at 25 degrees is a pretty long time. i think its hugely unfair that iain went

Forty seconds on a hot day is quite a lot. And Diana defo looked like she had been caught out. she should have apologised. a lot.
