JeanSeberg, I noticed that before. Mind you, when you look at people in restaurants and cafes, there is quite a variety of holds/actions nowadays. I saw someone using their knife to hold a piece of chicken and their fork to tear shreds off.

Also thought it really unrealistic when Tina was being horrible to Rita.

Ill be glad to see an end to Carla flolloping all over Peter, its like she has to practically lay on him to show he's hers.

I think we're meant to forget that Carla was the OW - we're all meant to think she's the wronged woman. Anyone who gets involved with Peter knows he's a total git.

Why do Carla and Maria never have any interaction considering both their One True Love was the lovely Liam what snuffed it?

Maria hated Carla's guts after that though IIRC. They called a bit of a truce after the Tony Gordon siege didn't they?

I'd forgotten about this but Maria had a previous spell of psycho behaviour back then. I remember her ranting and raving about Tony Gordon in the pub and no one believing her. Or something. It's so complicated.

The other thing I'm wondering about is whether Gail is going to step up to the plate and sort out Tina's affairs seeing as how she's probably the nearest relative. Also it would be odd if Tommy doesn't come back for the funeral swearing to avenge her killer.

Yeah Desperate Frank tried it on with Maria (assaulted her) and Carla was highly unsympathetic and told her to keep schtum so they wouldn't lose the contract. Then when Frank raped Carla Maria supported her and testified at the rape trial and they were Bessies.

And now they never speak...

Thing is whoknows Maria was right that time (that Frank killed liam) and no one believed her! So she wasn't really psycho.

Also, how long has Tina's flat had a balcony?

I was on the tour a few weeks ago and didn't notice a balcony. There is a balcony type thing on the factory and one on the Victoria Court flats, but I am sure I didn't see anything on the builder's yard. Will have a look at my photos to see if I took any of it.

I'm sure the flat used to be one bedroom too. Tina made David sleep on the sofa when he stayed there so where did the other bedroom come from?

The most ridiculous is Maria's flat. They had about 8 people, a dog and a rat living there not long ago, and when you see it is about the size of a small caravan.
