What DVD? I missed that. Has no one watched it yet then or was it a red herring?

The soap awards are always bizarre because they are voted for by the public and the nominations are not decided by the public. Therefore all the sexiest female and male nominations are aimed at teenagers and the rest of the awards are aimed at mawkishness, hence Roy & Hayley cleaned up.

Corrie has been dreadful lately, but you wouldn't guess that from the number of awards they got last night. I think the only one they deserved was for Gail.

Anyway, at least we will see the back of Tina this week. Every cloud...

Just saw on Digital Spy that they have ruled out Our Tracy from the list of suspects for Tina'a murder. Why would they do that? They could have got rid of her for good.

Have just seen the synopsis for tonight's episode - they are really packing it in.

Why in Corrie does nothing happen for weeks and then in half an hour they cram everything in?

It's bad enough they tell us the stories for months in advance but why are they showing the whole episodes in trailers now?! Not much point watching it tomorrow they showed us the whole thing there. I do like an affair reveal usually but they've spoilered all that now.

Their character writing is so inconsistent - as if Tracy would happily smile as her engagement party was overtaken by Carla's pregnancy announcement.

I agree Tracy would be furious at being upstaged, the whole reason she wanted it in the Rovers was to rub people's noses in it.

I also can't believe Peter, Rob or Carla would kill her. They all have their faults but I don't see any of them as violent. Of course it may turn out to be more accidental. More likely would have been suicide, Tina has had much to cope with and has a history of being very depressed (after her Dad died). Mind on that basis the goings on on the Street would mean everyone could be suicidal! They have gone for sensationalism again.

Tina was a good character to start with, can't stand what she has become. I don't believeshe would have spoken to Rita like that either, instead of just having them become upset with each other they had to go for the dramatic slap. It could have been very sad to see them estranged when they have supported each other so much in the past.

I thought they had said outright it was one of the 4, then ruled out Tracy. Is it going to be a repeat of the tram crash where one of the 'big characters' dying turned out to be the train driver?

Please scriptwriters no more murders! At least for a good while.

Did the Street Tour yesterday and our guide suggested that Rob does the deed but somehow manages to get a drunken Peter to accept the blame. The guide did stress he had no inside knowledge but sounded as good as anything else to me!
