I was sad over the dragons. I don't get why she had to lock them away in the dark. I suppose they'd have been a bit of a fire hazard to passers-by though.
I'm a bit bored by Dany but like the way she's learning that ruling is not all about being carried shoulder-high by adoring crowds. The long, flowery introductions show she's starting to believe her own press.

Did Varys know what Tyrion did and did he expect him to do it? I thought Tyrion was supposed to go to the top of the stairs and knock four times, but he presumably took a bit of a detour.
I guessed that Varys planned to go back but when the bells tolled, they'd found Tywin and he realised he was going to get the blame for it. I was worried he was going to double cross Tyrion.
I admire Cersei's determination to do anything to protect her children. I wonder if Sansa might become as hard as her because that's the only way to survive.
Oh and about the burnings. Did Jon Snore say something about seeing what happens to bodies
Is that why the skeletons came out of the ground to attack Bran and the others? Or was that just a Jason and the Argonauts tribute?
I could be mixing this up with The Walking Dead. Maybe Jon just meant they rot and create a public health issue even if it is too cold to dig graves.
