He does the narration on Trawlermen on Dave too! Its just one of THOSE voices isn't it?

I user to watch Trawlermen specifically to hear him speak. He could do a documentary about 19th century guttering and drainage systems and make it sound beautiful!

I really, really can't wait for series 8. I think this might just end up being the greatest thing in DW history! Never been so excited for it in my life.

I just hope the stories do him justice, unlike the brilliant Matt Smith being let down by the stories (most of them)

See now I think I'm possibly the only person who has loved Matt Smiths run from start to finish! I genuinely really love Moffat's writing. Series 6 was a bit confusing but 5 and 7 were superb. Especially 7. I'm SO excited for Capaldi though. He's the Doctor without even trying. I love the costume too. Have you seen some filming pictures from last week have him in a dark shirt? He just looks magnificent.

The few MS episodes I liked were:

11th hour
Vincent and the doctor (my all time fave DW episode EVER btw)
erm cant think theres any more, but watched them all as MS is awesome. and I like Clara.

Moffs best were the Empty child and Blink, IMO,

to me personally hes gotten too full of himself , and complacent.

Oh my goodness, How exiting is that picture?! Tegan was my favourite classic companion and Janet Fielding is lovely. It would be fantastic to see her again.

I really hope so too. I thought bringing Sarah Jane back was such a wonderful thing and it worked so well! I'm sure it fills them with confidence that it would work again. My kids all love SJA

I wish CBBC would do something a-la SJA with one of the other old companions, make a storyline where SJ had to leave somewhere and they take over.
