Wtaf is going on with eastenders??

I know it's been shit for ages but its just dire atm. I'm a bit behind and stopped watching when bunhead Lauren was getting drunk. Switched back on and she's back from rehab. Was her rehab in the Maldives? I'm sick to the back teeth of her and joey. What a mockery they've made of teen drinking showing her recovered. She's a terrible actress.

Lucy is weird and for an eastender she's got a v posh accent. As has bobby. And Dennis. And Sharon.

And I really don't like how every victim of sexual abuse is portrayed as promiscuous. In one episode we see Kat dragging a guy into an alley for a quickie and Whitney getting into a car with strange men. Not every child victim is like kat and bloody Whitney. Utter tosh. I need another long break from it. I only came back to it cos corrie is terrible these days.

Muslim women don't need to wear a head scarf in front of their own father, if fat boy lived there she would still need to wear it but not now, only know this because my MIL is Muslim and wears one.

She wasn't pregnant when she ran, she already had lily. Remember lily was trappedin the Vic when it was on fire and Ryan climbed through the window to get her or something.

Everyone else thinks he is Bradley's so max thinks he is grandad? And the girls his aunties?

Hmm. I can't remember who else knows Ryan is the dad. Bradley and Stacey weren't together for a long while were they, they'd got back together at the time of the run hadn't they? I don't remember?
Surely Kat knows. She said something the other day about it. Something like "What about the rest of Lily's family? What about her dad?" Which indicates she knows it's not Bradley, but has forgotten Ryan's name, or the writers have........

I'm really glad that Carl and Kirsty have gone, along with Jake and whatsherface wife, pointless characters imo.
I do love Tamwar though, think he should have his own spin-off Grin

I don't know how stacey will fit in. I don't think she's wanted for Archie's murder but for janine's stabbing or something which janine may 'fess up to in jail because she stabbed herself. All confusing and unrealistic.

Everyone knows Ryan is the dad. Remember the episode where he had to look after her as Stacey was arrested and he got Whitney round to help? Also when he married Janine the two of them tried to do a runner with her?

Monikar, I noticed that and I also thought, when did they get the time to have it made? They've only been together 2 minutes.

I thought Denise was quite blasé about Kim getting married, Probably because she is always making stupid decisions that don't work out in the end.

I think Stacey left Lilly alone whilst she went to dot's...why did dot have Calpol? How did Stacey know Dot would have Calpol? Confused...who's looking after Scarlet? Last time I remember she was with Carol and then she kind of disappeared, never mentioned again.

Also, those huge portraits are really expensive to have professionally done and Kat and Alfie are supposed to be quite poor Hmm .

I also wondered why Dot would have a bottle of Calpol....very strange.

Fakebook I also wondered about Scarlet. The last time I saw her was in Carol's kitchen and she was just vanished. No-one has even mentioned her until last night. Perhaps we are supposed to presume she is in foster care?

Yes, strange that, about Scarlet. They handled that whole storyline with Michael dying really badly. There's another death coming up soon, lets hope they do that one better.

Yes, apparently Lucy is going to be murdered around Easter-time and then the whole whodunit mystery will go on and on until the 30th anniversary episode next February.

I didn't realise Diane had fetched Scarlet - no-one seems to wonder if she's alright!

Last time I saw Scarlett she was with David - as he would be her step something probably uncle

Janine was pats step daughter / David was pats son

But also have relationship via Ricky - who is her uncle and therefore Bianca her aunt and so David is the fil so makes him maybe step grandad?

I think if Eastenders wanted a really gripping whodunit they would have been better off killing a stronger character, like Phil for example. Lucy is a very minor character. Also, Lucy's role has been fairly recently re-cast with a new actress which means that she doesn't seem to have been around for as long as she really has.

I think that Janine had a point when Kat prattling on about how the truth would set janine free (metaphorically speaking) and Janine went "oh is Stacey going to admit to having killed Archie then?".
