So excited. We're we starting to see cracks in the marriage last season? I hope we see more of Betty this time.

I like it - shows a commitment to the cause. Have you been plucking it?
I guess that means the end to the 'Don jumping out of the window' at the finale rumours?

I reckon Don could still put it about at 84 in the Old Folks home -you can't keep an old dog down

Can you imagine plucking your hairline! The pain!

I can't believe Don could live to 84 based on his lifestyle. Unless he gives it all up and goes hippy.

Maybe Don moves to California and lives in Anna's old house, grows his own cannabis and becomes a reiki master.
Pete will end up running off with Bob Benson, adopting his and Peggy's child and living in Mexico.
Roger will have a bad LSD trip and end up in an expensive asylum somewhere in Massachussets.
Peggy will end up founding her own ad agency with Ken and Joan and win loads of awards. She lives happily in her brownstone with her cat and takes lovers when she feels like it.

I love it!

Do Betty next!

Of course, Betty's famous maternal side comes to the fore as she decides the world of politics is not fulfilling enough, so she heads off to India to found an orphanage and leper colony.

What ep are you up to - and more crucially are you a lover of Don, Pete or Roger (or perhaps Harry, Kinsey or Ken?)

PeteCampbellsRecedingHairline Or alternatively, Betty finds fame after penning a controversial parenting manual entitled ?Mothering The Francis Way?; containing the chapters ?Don?t Fret About Middle Child Syndrome ? Just Ignore Them!?, ?Bonding With Teenagers Using Cigarettes?, ?Physical Affection ? Don?t Do It? and the final chapter ?If In Doubt, Blame Your Ex-Husband And His New Slut-Wife For All Your Children?s Shortcomings?

Ida- I'm not sure which I prefer for Betty.

What about the Draper children? And how far will Henry go in politics?

Will Megan make it to Hollywood?

Megan leaves Don after realising he is a drunken shagger (which prompts him to head for California), then meets and becomes the muse of a bad boy European film director. She appears in all 3 of his highly acclaimed experimental French language films which have very little dialogue, but quite a lot of shots of her breasts. When he finally leaves her for a 17 year old Parisien model, she heads back to America to try and further her career. After featuring in 70's video nasty 'I Spit On Your Quebecois Grave', she fades into obscurity.

Following a nervous breakdown causing his hasty ejection from Sterling Cooper Cutler and Chaough, Ginsberg starts making documentaries charting the experiences of post war Jewish emigres to America. His refusal to sell-out to Hollywood wins him respect as a serious auteur. He marries a primary school teacher and they live with his father and their large brood of children.

Phew... emotional rollercoaster. Pete was so funny - I loved the look between him and his brother when they were discussing the cost of the PI.
Go Bob Benson - you rock!
Oh and Don, his Hershey non-pitch made me cry. Also the look Sally gave him at the end, where she realised some things about her father.
Why do they always end on a great episode - it makes the waiting so much harder.

I loved it but was a bit Shock at some points.

I'm totally rooting for Pete. How did that happen?

Is is the end for Megan and Don? That was a shitty thing he did and can't see bi-coastal living working for them.
I liked the shot of Peggy in Don's seat of power. I think she may just swear off men altogether after that fuckwittery by Ted.
I wanted Trudie to ask Pete to stay for Thanksgiving. He has lost everybody in his life now and his career is rock bottom.

Hello everyone! (I think this is my first post here - I finally caught up).

Right that was an amazing season finale. Spoilers

Lurleene I think you might be right, it seems Dick is burying Don.

The scenes with Pete were very funny, despite all that is wrong with Pete you still feel sympathy for him - Vincent Kartheiser is a brilliant actor.

I felt a little bit sorry for Peggy but I think Ted has saved them both from an awful lot of heartbreak down the road, Peggy will see this in the fullness of time.

Joan has to get back with Roger. They are perfect together and she would be a great partner to keep Roger in check.

Bob Benson creeps me out. But how funny was it when he stitched up Pete with the car. Poor Pete!

I got very moist around the ends when Don called Betty Birdy on the phone. I also feel so sad for Megan, she was never going to be enough for Don.

As for Don he is a despicable human. He has no redeeming features, my sister reckons that his love for his kids is his redeeming feature but I disagree. He is awful.

He fucked over Peggy and Ted, he took Stan's idea and made it his own.

He is jealous of Peggy, do you all think he is in love with her? Or is he jealous of her successes?

I can't wait until season 7. I think in the meantime I'm going to re-watch from the start Blush

IdaBlankenship the shots of Peggy in Don's office was brilliant. I reckon for Peggy a great career and a good life (taking a lover when suits) will be enough for Peggy this is the ideal life. I hope the writers don't stitch her up by marrying her next season.
