I only recognise 2 of the so called celebs.

Wild most things are on I-player for 7 days.

I've just had a peek on Sky+ at the description of Mondays episode. I only know one 'celeb' on there...

I've been watching on iPlayer but haven't actually finished the last one from this past week.

I have no idea who any of these people are, but I never do since I didn't grow up here for the old ones and don't watch recent TV/watch sport for the new ones!

I still enjoy it even though I am always screaming "They're not cooks! Of course they are messing up!" at the TV.

I just looked up Avril Javine on Wikipedia - I think it is telling that she is 'most notable for representing the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest'. Says it all really if that is the highlight of your solo recording career

The Liverpool chap is an Olympic swimmer who I wouldn't have recognised but do know his voice from Radio 5 as I think he's often on the sports programmes that DH subjects me to.

Anne Charlston was Madge in Neighbours so really odd to hear her with a weird posh English accent!

And Jamie Theakston was a kids tv presenter I think? Got slated in the NOTW or some such tabloid for being seen entering a brothel I believe.

Tee I still enjoy it too. I enjoy the other, ordinary, Masterchefs more but this will do for now.

Agree about liking the other Masterchefs better but as you say, this'll do for now . We've already had the regular Masterchef haven't we? Who was on that? And still the Professionals to come this yr?

I think Professional is my favourite, but Masterchef is Masterchef!

The normal one was on in March I think. A woman won it.

The Professional one was on at the start of the year, so we will probably have to wait until next year for a new series.

I saw that one MsNobody. It was an amazing series.

Can you remind me of a name or anything? I can't remember them all (it was after all, before yesterday )

The professional one was announced a winner late 2011 so it looks like I have got my timings wrong and we may have a Professional m/chef later this year.

Yes it was Javine who was linked to Alesha Dixon's husband. Jamelia is (apparently) lovely and not at all in to relationships with other people's husbands.

From my Wikipedia research today, apparently Jamelia is actually good friends with AD (clearly she doesn't get them confused) and got into a bit of a battle with Avril Javine over it all.

Oh, and then AD's husband cheated on Javine and they've split up now.

Finally saw the end. The right person is gone.

Is it just me or was this an absolute travesty? The judges, John in particular, really had it in for GG for some reason. I can't believe they let George go through instead.
