Not very respectful to the defending champion though. Bet Djokovic is raging Wills & Kate , Steffi & Andre and Rod Laver are all watching Fed and not him :o.

Wish they'd shown Fed's twins though. Apparently, they were in his box for a few minutes, before the match.

Yes, thought it was funny when one of the commentators said the twins had come to see where Daddy worked! I really want to know what Andre and Steffi are chatting about. Perhaps they're wondering what to have for tea.

Oh crap, here we go with the rain again. I know it's an outdoor tournament, but it was still an outdoor tournament when they invested however many millions in the bloody roof.

Steffi was saying ' why did you wear THAT suit ......if it rains and we have to get up you are gonna look like you have been dragged through a bush backwards '

Sooooo sick of hearing commentators banging on about Djokovic and his gluten-free diet!

I am still out. At least dh can do the school run. Saw a bit if steffi and andre when I was in the tv section of jl. I love that they are married- it just seemed such a strange pairing at the time.

Back on Court. Have a nasty feeling all matches wont get completed today with the bloomin' weather.

I have ds watching with me now and it's lovely - I barely see him these days now he's finished his A-levels. But, he is a HUGE Novak fan and I am rooting for Mayer. How the bloody hell do you spell Novak's surname - gave it a few good goes there (without checking above on the thread) and resorted to first names in the end!

Judy i think it's Djokovic- but some of us on this thread took to calling him Dickdjok last year, due to his on court tantrums- so that won't help when trying to find out how to spell it!!I'm trying to be nicer this year, but i still don't want him to win

I do like Boris commentating. I've had a major crush on Boris (and John Mc) for years, I keep thinking I'm going to write to Sue and suggest they put on a competition where the prize is an evening out with one of them! But then, of course, I'd have to win the competition - that's where my plan falls down.
