Just watched part 2 of Homeland shown on Channel 4 last night.

Fantastic drama with an excellent script, superb acting and lots of twists and turns.

Has he been brainwashed????

It would be a shame if the daughter isn't in the next series but I'm worried for her too.

difficultpickle · 29/04/2012 21:40

I'm really really Confused about Saul.

difficultpickle · 29/04/2012 21:44

Sounds like Brody is saying goodbye.

whydoesitalwaysrainonme · 29/04/2012 21:51

Carrie is going to solve it all - her mental health state is going to be the cause of her brilliance.

Carrotcakeisace · 29/04/2012 21:52

Agree he's definitely saying goodbye but I hope Dana shops him before he can hurt anyone else

Am in awe at Claire Danes performance, just brilliant

whydoesitalwaysrainonme · 29/04/2012 21:56

Get on that phone Dana - call the police NOW!

difficultpickle · 29/04/2012 22:02

So Carrie is going to be sacked?

whydoesitalwaysrainonme · 29/04/2012 22:02

OMG again...

wigglesrock · 29/04/2012 22:02

Bastard Brody Shock

difficultpickle · 29/04/2012 22:03

I think David is working for Abu Nazir.

Carrotcakeisace · 29/04/2012 22:07

OMG again and again

Was convinced Brody was going to come round and try and take Carrie out but that was even more cruel. At least we can clearly see which side he is on now

The sneak peak of next week was even more OMG

difficultpickle · 29/04/2012 22:12

It's a longer episode next week.

HalleLouja · 29/04/2012 22:12

Brody = one big arse. Poor Carrie.

difficultpickle · 29/04/2012 22:15

Brody knows Carrie is close to discovering what he's up to so did what he had to do. Hopefully Saul will see that (if he is a goodie and not a baddie).

BrightnessFalls · 29/04/2012 22:17

So, is her boss a baddie too or just acting on Brody's phone call?

MrsKitty · 29/04/2012 22:17

Omg. Amazing episode!

Clare Danes was incredible - she had me all twitchy and wound up. Ending was horrible - fucking Brody. Angry.

Not on that we have to wait a whole week after building up so much tension!

difficultpickle · 29/04/2012 22:21

I think her boss is a big baddie.

Hassled · 29/04/2012 22:23

Boss David has to be the mole.

Brodie rings and says "I've had a fling with Carrie and now she's harrassing me". There's no way David would go round with the heavies and rip her "work" down. No - Brodie rings and says "Carrie's spotted the Yellow Period; you've got to scupper it", and that's why David goes round and rips it down.

Hassled · 29/04/2012 22:23

And yes - Claire Danes was remarkable.

FrillyMilly · 29/04/2012 22:30

Is next week the last one?

hesterprynne · 29/04/2012 22:30

Fantastic episode! Anyone know what the jazz music was right at the end?

BrightnessFalls · 29/04/2012 22:30

She was brilliant. What else has she been in besides that teenage drama?

MrsKitty · 29/04/2012 22:31

Agree wholeheartedly about Estes. I had his card marked ages ago and the whole going round and ripping down work on the back of a call off that little fucker, Brody, has confirmed it for me Grin.

I agree that Brody wouldn't have told David about his fling with Carrie as he wants to keep that quiet.
