Just watched part 2 of Homeland shown on Channel 4 last night.

Fantastic drama with an excellent script, superb acting and lots of twists and turns.

Has he been brainwashed????

It says in the blog, "who did Brody bury?"

I knew I wasn't imagining it

I thought about his guard pissing on him - he said last week that his guard was kind to him.That doesn't make sense.

can you meddle with a polygraph? That means that Jeremy Kyle is fixed!

They used to say if you put a stone in your shoe it helped you pass a ploygraph think that's piffle.

I didn't think polygraphs were admissable in court, admittedly I have gleaned this from reading crime novels, but still.

How come Mrs. Brody had such a nice house?

yes I wondered about the house and I want to know where she goes all day when she beavers off with the kids every morning.

It was mentioned about her going back to work full time, but I still don't know what she does.

But american military get quite a sustantial payoff if loved one is MIA. So much so, it made me look at DH with face when I heard it because we don't get that in the UK even thiugh DH pays a monthly thing... But i digress. I am enjoying Homeland, but I am fearing we are facing another Lost. Years worth of series with no proper conclusion. But fwiw Saul is my favourite for causing/covering up loads of stuff.

has anyone else noticed that Carrie and Mrs Brody don't do much Face Acting?

Mrs B has only one face ie Slightly Startled Deer

Carrie has Small Eyes/Big Eyes (or Bit Mad/Nearly Very Mad)

I wonder if she will miss a pill and therefore get chance to do Massive Eyes (Very Mad)

...I do fuckloads of faces, me (mostly on the CROSS register, admittedly)

if they need a face actor to pretend to shag Damian Lewis, I'll step up

Just caught up on the most recent episode- I don't think Saul is the mole, I think we're meant to think that what with polygraph/ speaking Arabic/ 'foreign' wife/ embraced terrorist, but we are only meant to assume he is a terrorist because we are conditioned to think someone who speaks Arabic is more likely to be a terrorist than a wholesome American. So good tv states that the terrorist must be the most wholesome american character available- brody's wife or something!!
