Two Cathedrals - have watched it several times and only just realised last night that Mrs Landingham was driving back to the WH as Bartlet wanted to tell her about the MS.

I love the scenes with young Mrs L and Jed.

Why "two" cathedrals though?

I always assumed that it was the national cathedral where the funeral service was held and the White House ie a cathedral of politics.

Other favourite episode is when he had to choose a turkey.

I thought it was a connection with the chapel that his father had found the cigarette butt in, and then he did the same thing in the present ifswim.

The part when he walks through the office to the press conference and brothers in arms begins and they all follow him puts shivers down my spine.

I always thought two cathedrals was about Jed's struggle between his faith and politics. And remember it was all caught up in the lying about the MS.

I the episode when CJ geets all angry about the treatment of women in Quatari and shouts at Toby.

I lent my boxset to a woman at work who was off for months recuperating from an operation. She had never seen a single episode before and watched the whole damn lot during her absence.

My good deed for the, well lifetime really.

CJ, quite simply, rocks

And of course she can do "The Jackal"

Or the episode where she tells the press room about the 12 year old girls who weren't rescued from a fire as they weren't properly attired and ends by saying "but that Saudi Arabia, our partners in peace"

Or Glenn Close as Chief Justice.

My favourite scene ever is when Josh hears that Amy has been made FLOTUS 's Chief of Staff. I heart Bradley Whitford.

The Supremes is quite possibility my favourite episode, but then again I love so many of them!

I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant. The first 12 weeks were a little nervy and honestly I don't know I'd have got through it without The West Wing.

The Jackal!! Allison Janney is actually one of the coolest people on the planet.

No no no, 'Evidence of Things Not Seen' s the best - CJ standing the egg on its end at the vernal equinox.

I am so envious of people who haven't seen the west wing yet.

My daughters will have weird Pavlovian responses when they are older to the theme music. Long nights of me, baby, breast feeding and da de daaah de da de daaaah....

Let's be honest though, trying to pick your favourite WE episode is like trying to pick a favourite child!

Can you imagine discovering it for the first time again! I still remember watching the first ever one and calling my Dad in Dublin all excited and him telling me, "Love, it's been on Irish TV for six months!" WELL WHY HAVEN'T YOU TOLD ME ABOUT IT THEN!
