The Devils Playground

They were all splendid I have to say with some marvellous scenes of gratuitous horror.

Ohh Ohh, I have just started watching Breaking Bad. Mild mannered teacher gets involved with making Meth.
It's just brilliant.
Not a zombie in sight, but the stress nearly kills me sometimes.
Its actually on Season 4 in real life, dont know how I missed it but I am addicted.
Also cant wait for the zombie people.

Snap Melty I have just finished Season 1 of Breaking Bad and am now two episodes into Seaon 2. I literally cannot wait to put the kids to bed tonight so I can put it on!! Don't know how it passed me by either, luckily my DB mentioned it to me over Christmas, he has Seasons 3 and 4 yipee!!

Look forward to The Walking Dead returning next week..... Also looking forward to catching Season 6 of Dexter sometime soon!

Are you watching Breaking Bad on the telly? I love it but have only seen the first season and I don't remember what channel it was on. Was it FX?

I just read "The Angels are the Reapers " ( I think thats the right name).Not sure on it really.

ZA Recht's "Morningstar Strain" books are well worth a read,as are Mira Grants "Feed" and "Deadline" and David Moody's "Autumn" series.

Will look out the Autumn series & Morningstar - Recht wrote the foreword to the JL Bourne book so I'd meant to look him up.

Do wonder what the librarians think of me when I reserve all these zombie books! But now we've changed to an automated system in the library so they don't have to see me collect them

Trouble is that I find the library doesn't have as full a selection of zombie reads as I'd like.I think they already think I'm a bit odd when I pick up my selection of reserved books - particularly since its usually a mix of of parenting books and post apocalyptic - so I don't really like to kick off about their lack of selection.....

I know I have to reserve books from other branches, then wait ages for them to come to my local one. It does save me money I suppose but requires lots of patience.

Good. I have had the other two saved on my Kindle for yonks, I refuse to start reading multi book stories until they've all been release. I got screwed reading Game of Thrones years ago.

I've watched DVD's of "diary of the Dead" and "[rec.]2" over the last few days."Diary of the Dead" was reasonable but got a bit bored with "[rec.]2" and nearly did the ironing.......

they are repeating the last episode they showed tonight at 10.10 on fx-wasnt that the mascare at the barn and then series re starts again on friday at 10pm on fx
