Starts tomorrow night at 10pm in case you didn't already know!

And the last episode of Season 1 is on before in case you need to remember what happened

I was going to bring up the heroic dog but I choked up each time I tried.

limitedperiodonly · 09/12/2011 19:02

Choked up with tears, I mean.

Not literally choking up over a dog, which would be a zombie thing to do.

AWimbaAllTheWay · 09/12/2011 21:48

Have just finished watching Zombieland, I actually thought it was quite amusing!

AWimbaAllTheWay · 09/12/2011 21:49

Disclaimer - there are very few films I don't like, so never go by my recommendation for anything.

susiedaisy · 09/12/2011 23:08

Omg 28 weeks later has started on e4+1 oh god I don't know whether to watch it!!!!!!!!ConfusedConfused

susiedaisy · 09/12/2011 23:15

Oh ok it only took 5 weeks for zombies to die of starvation in 28 weeks laterGrin

anonacfr · 09/12/2011 23:48

I don't want to spoiler it but there is a scene in 28 Weeks Later which genuinely traumatised me. It stayed in my head for weeks after.

susiedaisy · 09/12/2011 23:57

Bet I know which does it include the husband and wife??

susiedaisy · 10/12/2011 00:05

Actually not sure now, watching the film and there's quite alot of distressing bits!

notyummy · 10/12/2011 08:16

Was that scene in a locked room and involving eyes by any chance?

susiedaisy · 10/12/2011 10:14

That's the bit I was thinking of, i saw it in the cinema first time and it scared me half to death Smile

roundcornsilkvirgin · 10/12/2011 10:17

I wasn't keen in 28 weeks later. I can't remember any of it so it can't have been very good. 28 days later is brilliant though.

JKSLtd · 10/12/2011 10:22

Haven't seen either yet, must ask if anyone has the DVDs.

susiedaisy · 10/12/2011 12:11

round they are two completely different films aren't they, the only similar thing is the actual rage virus itself IMO,

roundcornsilkvirgin · 10/12/2011 12:42

I got the impression that 28 weeks later had been Americanised - American actors etc

susiedaisy · 10/12/2011 13:09

I wonder if doing this opened up the audience to global rather than a quirky British horror filmHmm

anonacfr · 10/12/2011 14:52

Yep the one with the husband and wife.
Just thinking about it...

wintera · 19/12/2011 10:03

For all you Daryl/Norman Reedus fans out there ...........

anonacfr · 07/01/2012 17:34

I just wanted to reanimate (heh zombie pun!) this thread to let everyone know that Darryl Dixon won the coveted best TV character tournament. Grin

susiedaisy · 07/01/2012 17:37

Ooh I missed that, will take a look, I see season 2 is back on, must be the countdown to it starting again next monthGrin

StealthPolarBear · 13/01/2012 22:39

is this back on yet? DH seems to think we have missed one?

wintera · 14/01/2012 07:35

No you haven't missed any. They are just showing the season two episodes we've already seen. It starts back again in Feb.

susiedaisy · 14/01/2012 09:26

Season two started repeating on fx last week

countessbabycham · 02/02/2012 15:09

Anyone know whether Channel 5 will be showing Season 2 or whether they decided not to run it,and its only on Sky?

limitedperiodonly · 02/02/2012 18:15

Today I was given Walking Dead, the Board Game. Grin [joy knows no bounds emoticon]

None of my loved ones was the least bit interested so I don't love them any more.

I am going to do my best to play it on my own and if the rest of my family don't learn any survival lessons then in the event of a zombie apocalypse it will be tough on them but fair.
