ITV 2 tonight -cannot wait - yummy Damon for 13 whole episodes!!!

Anyone know when the repeat is - cannot seem to find it in the itv 2 guide?

The Damon/Elena/Katherine/ to get us all in the mood.

Ooh yes, I totally see where you're coming from with the Rob Lowe thing. It's the eyes and the jaw I think...

So, what did we think?

Who wanted to be Elena in hospital when Damon came & rescued her?

Who wanted the camera to linger just a bit longer on Damon when he was saying he'd never leave her again?

Who thinks Stefan might just be a bit more fun & sexy now he's "flipped his switch"?

Loved it!

Really liked Matts sacrifice, the fact that he is just a normal human bean but he is putting himself on the line.

Klaus is super scary and Stafan much sexier now he is a bad un.

But the chemistry between Elena and Damon is amazing.

I am starting to like the Elena character a lot more now.

So who is the original witch?

Another one who loved it. Thought it was really cool that Klaus finds Elena straight away. Most other TV programmes would have stretched it out with a will he see her/won't he. TVD just seems to move so fast with it's story lines.

Damon was gorgeous and I loved the scene at the end with Elena - I think she's really coming round to the idea of being with Damon rather than Stefan (who wouldn't)

And I still have to admit that I like Klaus as the bad guy.

That vampire at the end was scary looking. I'm really looking forward to how that will pan out.

Why don't they try to wake Klaus' brother? I've forgotten his name but surely he would be the best person to help them?

As for Damon, I could wax lyrical about him all day....sigh...

Couldn't agree more SciFiFan, most shows would have taken ages for Klaus to find Elena. There would have been endless almost bumping into each other scenes ya da ya da ya da.

But TVD just hits the ground running.

bugsy i am an oldey as well at 41, was beginning to loose interest in TVD tbh but this weeks episode was fab, fast moving and lots of characters, and no silly elders function again

Beginning to lose interest!!!!! Even if it were all crappy elders functions surely Damon alone would hold your interest .

My friend is borrowing my box sets as she didn't catch them first time round. She's just up to the last two episodes doe S1. I'm almost jealous that she still has a season and a bit of unwatched episodes still to go .

Damon could spend an hour clipping his toenails and it would still be the best thing on telly.
