Amelia and her mum have really made me smile - what a lovely bond and how happy they are with their beautiful baby. Can't stop grinning. Grin

I enjoyed that. Hope Amelia's mum doesn't take over - " We have a baby ". It's great that she's trying to involve the dad though - would be so easy to hate him and try to shut him out.

Strange though - I didn't cry this week. I always cry. Maybe it's a sign that I'm pg??? ... Wink

yuck yuck yuck- James and Lucy were nauseatingly annoying, but Amelia and lovely midwife man were excellent

tigerbear the couple on last week were there because she has a heart defect and they thought she might have the baby early but she got sent home so I think next week she will have the baby :)

tigerbear - because she didn't have her baby during the programme a few weeks ago. She was just in being monitored.

just a few niggly points this week.

  1. why tell a labouring woman to 'not push' when her body is telling her not to? how confusing???
  1. if you poke at a womans anus she will clench up.
  1. FINALLY BEASTFEEDING!!! shame it was someone else manhandling her boob.

Good grief - just caught up on this ep, Amelia was so sweet but the couple were sooo annoying the woman sounded like the maid from Larkrise. Hope the heart lady gets on okay next week.

I happen to know Lucy and James, they really are that loved up in real life! And Lucy does sing and gabble a bit when she's nervous, so they weren't at all playing up for the cameras. They are actually really genuine people, maybe we're all just a bit cynical in this day and age.
Love this programme, makes me so broody!!
