Yep, apart from Molly the acting was appaling, and HOW long did it take for emergency services to appear ?? And that bloke in the pub thingy was flapping round giving first aid to was barely injured !

also dh and i were having a pub lunch in the pub next to the church they use and they were filming maxines funeral (ashleys first wife)

they all came in the pub for lunch and we felt like part of the cast!

I always thought Sunita had 'temporary character' written all over her this time round. I thought she was just doing a cameo and was surprised she stayed as long as she did.

Was the baby in the shop with Molly when it started crying real? There was something about it that smacked of those odd animatronic babies they usually use for prems.

I think it is Ashley,Sunita, Molly and Charlotte. if you remeber part of the trailer said four funerals and a wedding .the wedding being eanne and Peter.

They have used the real baby Jack a lot and I think it was him when he was crying for real in the shop.

Gary Windass' flashbacks had me in floods of tears last night, I'm really starting to love the Windass family it's a shame Eddie is going to leave next year.

The problem if Sunita dies is going to be suffering Dev's grief at 10,000,000 decibels.

It may be too obvious but housewife 2010 mentioned above that the actress is quoted as Leanne Barlow in the Xmas TV guides. Unless she changes her name by deed poll?

I just copied Housewife and looked at the Radio Times listings

Leanne is listed as Leanne Barlow as early as Monday coming, which in Corrieland is the day after the crash... I wonder if it was a mistake?

Also, Tracy is listed in the cast for Christmas week

The wedding is definitely Leanne and Peter, I don't think every plot-line has to have a twist. Ashley, Molly and Charlotte are definitely dead. Not sure about the other one although Sunita seems the obvious choice as she is leaving the show and currently has a shop lying on her

I'm gripped and I don't watch soaps normally, but am watching this week. I bet something will happen at the end of the week that means I have to watch next week too.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know where the tram scenes were shot, apparently it was a real line and I use the trams when I'm in Manchester so would be cool to know if it's anywhere I pass through regularly :)

When I watched the tram crash it looked like it had been filmed on teh Thomas the Tank Engine set!

Apparently it was done on a real line, although, I sort of agree with you, it didn't look particularly realistic. Trams have people on them for a start...

I think Peter will die, just after marrying Leanne so she gets to look after Simon - can't wait for tonights ..... {sad icon}
