Any ideas? I reckon Graham, Molly, Fiz & maybe Charlotte. Or possibly drippy Sian.

i reckon Max has gone back to bed and when they get back they will find him fast asleep

gregssausageroll · 07/12/2010 21:58

I know Max is ok because there is the storyline when Kylie comes back in the new year which is all linked to Liz leaving etc.

hocuspontas · 07/12/2010 22:00

Yes, I'd like to know about Charlotte's body as well.

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 07/12/2010 22:01

I thought Ashley died - they are trailing the episodes four funerals and a wedding so I assumed Peter and Leanne married.

How will Simon get out?

gregssausageroll · 07/12/2010 22:08

May be Jason dies getting him out? DOn't know. I do think it is more likely that Ashley will die than Peter though.

MrsDingDongMerrily · 07/12/2010 22:10

Maybe the firefighters who took an unbleievably long time to arrive will rescue Simon and Jason.

What a wasted opprotunity if they don't get rid of Dev.

I think the John/Charlotte storyline has really detracted from this whole thing, tacky and unnecessary. She should just have vanished after Colin died and John been found out some other way. John is just so weak and annoying.

MrsDingDongMerrily · 07/12/2010 22:11

Sorry, typos everywhere, freezing hands.

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 07/12/2010 22:12

The emergency services were all in an RTA on the M62 - hence their age in getting to Corrie.

Agree with MRs Dingdong, the John and Charolotte storyline has been very tacky and ridiculous. Hope John gets written out soon.

Housewife2010 · 07/12/2010 22:14

I've been checking the cast lists in the xmas radio times. Ashley & Molly are missing from the list. As is Max. Sunita, Peter, Clare, Rita & Jason survive. Leanne marries Peter this week too - she is down as Leanne Barlow. Becky does something dreadful this week - not sure what but Steve finds out & is v angry. Tracy is back at Xmas too - she gets a job at the factory (I suppose the vacancy at The Kabin is no longer available now!)

Oh I hope Jason doesn't die! I like him. Sad

I can't decide who I think is going to go! We know that one has to be a bloke with children because of the funeral car picture with the "Daddy" flowers. That must be either Ashley or Peter.

I had a look on digital spy [saddo] and they haven't given anything away. It says that lots of truths come out re: marriages and relationships, one marriage is over. A child needs a blood transfusion and might not survive but it doesn't say who...

Is it just me or does anyone think that the doctor is a bit like a slightly younger, less jolly version of Michael McIntyre?

Housewife2010 · 07/12/2010 22:16

Also I reckon that Kylie has sneaked in before the crash & taken Max. She appears in Thursday's live episode & all this week's episodes are supposed to take place over the same night.

makemineawine · 07/12/2010 22:17

Yeah, there is probably a twist - further fall of rubble may kill Ashley as he tries to rescue Peter. Peter will survive although badly injured.

The storyline with John Stape is annoying - how can anybody be as stupid as him (although I don't think he is evil - just misguided...?). Apparently he has loads of scenes in the live episode.

I've also changed my mind about Fizz' baby - I think she'll survive.

Housewife2010 · 07/12/2010 22:18

Anyone been watching the ITN spoof news on the crash on itv.com/corrie? V exciting!

OP posts:
kittya · 07/12/2010 22:18

Ha!! that will be the baby needing the transfusion then and thats how it will come out about Kev? clever.

frecklyspeckly · 07/12/2010 22:21

housewife 2010 you surely win a prize for being the most resorceful mumsnetter on here! never thought of scouring the schedules but its a very good idea!

Housewife2010 · 07/12/2010 22:33

Ta frecklyspeckly
I was watching tonight & couldn't wait to check for Sunita's name in the Xmas cast list when it finished. I love Corrie so much at the moment.

I have been in bed with flu so feeling a bit low and found tonights episode very emotional. When they were breaking into clares house to get the kids and little simon was hiding in the wardrobe. It was so sad. I hope they get out...

I was sobbing Blush when baby Jack started crying and they could hear him on the street.

Did they get Claire and the other children out of the burning house? I only saw Jason find Simon.

I've been checking out what time the episodes are being shown for the rest of the week and am going to have to ask someone to pick up ds from karate on Thursday otherwise I'll miss it!! Blush Blush

MrsDingDongMerrily · 07/12/2010 23:10

Yes, Claire and the others got out earlier. Maria's baby was staying with a friend while she went to Leanne's hen night.

Yes, Simon in the cupboard was a real heartbreaker, baby Jack too. Some of the acting has been a bit rushed / wooden this week (Rosie, Gail, Dev are you listening) but Mollie in the rubble with her baby has been spot on.

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 07/12/2010 23:15

the little fella who plays simon is so good that he just cant leave.i hope peter makes it as i love thier relationship

ApocalypseCheeseToastie · 07/12/2010 23:19

I reckon Max was pissing about in the joinery and caused the explosion

ApocalypseCheeseToastie · 07/12/2010 23:24

And Becky tells her sister Max died in the explosion

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 07/12/2010 23:28

I think his mum has come back and taken him.Not sure why in the spoliers it says Becky is wracked with guilt.Hvae I missed something?

Agree that some of the acting was wooden.Ken was shocking. His son and grandson are trapped and not a bit of hysteria. I thought Jason. Kev, Tyrone and LLoyd were the best. Its how you would react you would just want to do something

blake11 · 07/12/2010 23:29

Housewife2010, Becky steals money from Dev's shop, in this week's TVTimes. Obviously we don't know the circumstances, but I don't think she'd do something like that.

Think this week's episodes have been brilliant, but also very upsetting, when baby Jack cried and Molly closed her eyes I was in tears.
