Molly (Tyrone's wife) has a baby (Jack) by Kevin, but he knows, she knows, and her auntie knows, too. DNA tests have been done.

Yes; they did split up some years back (when Kevin had the affair with Natalie and Sally had creepy Greg), butgot back together and remarried.

Kevin's wife (Sally - yes, they're still married) doesn't know that Kevin is Jack's dad, neither does Tyrone.

I'm confused about the custody thing if Tyrone doesn't die, as surely he is the father on the birth certificate and married to Molly so would have parental responsibility despite DNA? And would Sally want to look after Jack, the child of her husband's affair, if Tyrone were still around?
