Why is it such a sin to wear black boots with jeans?

bootcut jeans are good with chunky style boots ,preferably brown but imo black ok if they are chunky bikery type.

But jeans look shite with black boots like these...too dressy.

yes fine with jeans-love those boots are they comfy?
