Not sure on this one, but has anyone here ever had the Weleda Advent Calendar? I spotted it in the Beauty Detective list and while it’s too late as I’ve already bought for this year, I was thinking of switching to it next year for my mum (who usually likes the Weleda stuff from the H&B calendar). It’s just that most of the Weleda products in it I’ve never seen and know nothing about. Thanks for any info on it xx

It arrived pretty quickly and is in a nice fancy box.
I'm not really a beauty person so it was totally on a whim and I have no idea what the products will be like, but it has good reviews.

That was the first one I bought @thesugarbumfairy - the gateway BAC! Soon followed by 5 others. Oops. It looks lovely and I like their products.

I do quite fancy the LF 12 days of K-beauty for £50. But ill probably order it then it will get discounted like the Boots Skincare one🙈

Just got around to checking my Elle BAC and there are 2 missing products!! The perfume (there’s only one in it so that’s what made me notice) and the Glow Primer - neither are really the headline high value products so I don’t know why anyone would nick those, so can only be a manufacturer error. Anyone had joy with customer services at Elle?

Oh no @HumBumBum I haven’t checked the Elle one. I assumed it would be alright and now it’s on a high shelf in the cupboard. My upper arms are getting a right workout with these calendars! Ooh that sounds like another good excuse for multi-BACs…

After some negotiations with my chatgpt "advisor" and some raised eyebrows at my stash (once I finally confessed all), the outcome is that I should skip a beauty calendar this year and just buy a jam one. I was given permission to buy the liberty advent calendar bag from vinted though, so its not all bad news!!

We didn't say anything about haircare though, so that be my excuse to shop ....

I may decide that chatgpt isn't the boss of me and buy one anyway 😅

Yes I do have the £5 worth of points on my card but I can’t seem to get it to load.

Tell it you're considering keeping BT until next year and that you have enough advantage points for the Boots. That tipped my one over to advising me to buy it.

I rarely remember to use handcream, even though I hate the state of my hands - and have to push myself to find time for face and hair masks, but I will! I even used a handmask/glove thing a couple of days ago that I think was almost 2 years old 😆

Has anyone found any leaked info regarding a Space NK Fragrance calendar, I've been looking and can't find any info, really hoping they do one. I ordered last years on the 14th October so thought there would be info out by now.

Having finally managed to prise off the cap on the Carnal Flower that I got last year, I have to say that I love it. I thought if would smell of death, but on me it starts off sharp and fresh and then dries down to a warm, rich, muskiness, with the tuberose softening a little. Apparently Frederic Malle created it with his aunt, Candice Bergen, in mind. She acted in the movie Carnal Knowledge with Jack Nicholson and Art Garfunkel. She looks like she would wear Carnal Flower and that it would smell amazing on her.

I dabbed some on the inside of my elbow and can't stop sniffing it - it's quite heady but gorgeous. I'd be happy to buy more if people are selling theirs.

I have fallen in love with the BTSO golden milk from harrods. This is quite a polarizing one so if anyone didn't like there's and is interested in a swap, I have quite a few from JL/liberty/ others if interested.
