I hate this manicure

I really hate this manicure. It's builder gel, I go every 2-3 weeks. It's so thick and lumpy. I did ask for extra short. I have been going here at least 15 years, same woman. I really like her, should I say something?

It's such a shame, we have a great relationship. She does wonderful facials and waxing and loads of treatments. I know it's trivial but these nails are making me very unhappy.

Nails every 3 weeks or so. The last few times I have been a bit unhappy, but these are dreadful.

Is this the first time you had builder gel? It looks absolutely awful. Builder gel takes time and part of it is the skill of keeping the nail apex as natural as possible. She can’t have seriously sent you on your way with those nails.

Nah not buying it, no-one would walk out of the place with nails like that
