I wish I had gone to HBeauty yesterday after work or today - I just assumed all the HFAC would have gone yesterday morning. If I had gone I could have sniffed the testers in store.

I pre-ordered Harrods and mine is apparently dispatching on 14 Sep. Seems little point in pre-ordering though in reality it doesn’t make any difference to me as I’m not planning to open it until December.

Very annoying. You would hope they would despatch it on the 31st so it gets to us on release day. I think they just use our pre orders to manage inventory. next year, I think probably an idea to visit in store than pre order. Although maybe selfridges might be a better one!

I have a dispatch email for CB I’m very excited! My birthday is October so I’m actually wondering whether I’ll use my CB advent as a birthday advent which would then surely allow me to buy another advent calendar for December?!

Just goes to show . I was gutted to miss out on the HFAC online 🥲( no phones in school ) and the same last year . No luck 2 years in a row .
Walked in to H beauty today not expecting anything and there it was , all 3 out on display and the FAC sitting beside me now .

My Chat GPT gentleman is very pleased that I succumbed to CB AC earlier today. He has broken the contents into categories and value and is very pleased that some of the skincare will be suited to my dry skin. He's compared it to Space NK and prefers CB. I didn't dare tell him about the discount or he would have had more excitement than he'd have known what to do with. 🤣

I caved and bought the LF BAC for less than £100 (subscription discount and QC CB). Only other one that tempts me at the moment for the price is SNK.

I will go there tomorrow evening just for funsies. Will update if I see any.

Beauty Geek has an unboxing video up of all three Boots calendars for anyone deliberating. I shouldn't watch as I always get tempted by unboxings but I'm still thinking about the skincare one.
