@Thelifeofawife oh sounds like you've had a rubbish day. I saw something that said if you signed up to the LF beauty subscription, you would get money off the advent calendars. You should deffo treat yourself to something 🥰

I think I'm going to call Harrods tomorrow about my BAC delivery date being after people ordering the BAC now. I'm wanting to put the medik8 serum on vinted and I'd prefer to do it before it's saturated. I'm wanting to use the money to buy the one from the spacenk AC so I need to get as much as possible.

I was at work myself today, surrounded by hundreds of people - all of whom probably noticed when I snuck a look at my phone at 9.30, (totally against the rules 🙀), saw that the Harrods calendars had gone on sale in-store and muttered a few grumpy words to myself 😹

So sorry to hear that some people had their FACs order cancelled, they should really have let them go ahead despite potentially being released early. Fingers crossed you all manage to reorder when if they are released again.

Ah, that makes sense for LF! I’m not a subscriber. I was tempted if I could get it cheaper but I only really want a few of them so I’ll hold out for now.

I think you might be right about treating myself now, but I still need to decide on which BACs I definitely want. JL was front runner but after today (and the lack of discount) I’m sulking with them 😅

I had the despatch email for my Harrods FAC this afternoon, except I moved house two weeks ago and Harrods have ignored the change of address thst I did on the website. It looks as though DPD will only deliver to another property with the same post code 😖

Just watched ReallyRee's Harrods BAC GRWM. It's persuaded me, so I'm going to order. So I will have LF, Harrods, and will order SNK. I would love a FAC too. But that really is it for this year 🤪

Evening everyone. I can see it was a busy morning. I missed out on all the excitement of the releases. I've been too busy today to follow properly but I'm relieved SFAC didn't go on sale today.
Safely ensconced at work has been the best place for me as I haven't had the opportunity to impulse buy anything that was launched.😂

Ive bought the Liberty calendar for years but im not impressed with the offering this year, so ive gone with the Hannah Martin Hello beauty box instead, plus it's only £89 - an absolute steal. Looking at the contents im likely to use everything too!

last year I had boots luxury, boots skincare, Harrods, SNK, Liberty plus added things from edits - so in reality 5+ Trying not to get 5 this year ….

Selfridges have just confirmed on insta that there will be a second drop of their BAC in a few days for anyone that missed it.

I'm thinking this is probably what I'll have to do. I can't find an option to cancel online so I'll still have to phone them tomorrow.

I asked on insta what the price of the fac will be and the sale date and they told me to join their unlocked thing. I'm already a member but if today's anything to go by, being a member of that definitely doesn't mean you'll know first 🙄🤣

I’m disappointed by some of these very expensive advent calendars having a delivery fee! If I’ve spent £250, at least give me free delivery! John Lewis, Harrods, Elle and Ok Beauty - all free delivery. Selfridges and Fortnum and Mason - be better!

Hmmm. LF FAC already sold out apparently. In less than 12 hrs. Well, I suppose that's saved me some money.

I literally found out it was on sale by accident. I was trying to talk my DP into buying his DD a hot wheels calendar and thought I'd just check while I was there. 😂 My email didn't come through till over an hour later and my app notification was at least another hour after that! The FAC is going to come down to pure luck I think.
