I wonder if the Luxe Space NK is actually fragrance advent? or will it be instead of fragrance? It's hard to see them doing two, while also having the one that we thought it's lux and now it is just a regular :)
I am bit annoyed at them for that fiasco - people didn't know they may have alternative choice when they purchased the first one.
When in Lanarote last week there were so many very heavily discounted, designer perfume focused shops and for first time ever I wasn't really interested. Over the years I have learned the dna of so many. It's not that I won't test another designer perfumes, or that there aren't some I really enjoy. I will, and I do. But I no longer have interest in so designer heavy advents like Fragrance, Perfume shop or Boots or even Look Fantastic so I was not tempted.
I have to look at buying wishlist item & samples vs buying another offering, I have 10 samples coming form skins and that will come with 20 euro discount code. I can order Wishlist item and get another 10 samples. I want to explore Foraiku, Veronica Gabai, few more of the Initio line, and in store Celine perfumes. I may do brand of the month or something like this? I plugged in all my perfumes in gemini and asking to remove heavy oud, patchouli, tabacco scents as well as very heavy on jammy rose. I didn't add vanila as it is weird one - I have a lot of winter spicy vanillas I get on with.
Missing Harvey Nicks already, and it looks Space NK may not be happening too. 24 samples curation maybe for December?
In a way I am glad I am fussier with sampling and buying sets - I am really not in mood for selling or have too many samples or tiny bottles that I am trying to like to make my money worth. I went to Brown Thomas few times to look at their offering - it seems being fraghead makes me stingier with my money even when it comes to beauty advents. If I do not want the perfumes, the appeal goes at least 40% down.
