L'Oreal nude eye pencil £7.99. I had a Clinique one (£27) which constantly broke and was looking for a replacement as not many brands have that shade in their range. I didn't want Clinque again and it was a choice of either Chanel at £32 or the L'Oreal one. I am usually a make-up snob but i looked at them both and was struck by the price difference for essentially the same product, so I decided to 'risk' it. Result: I love it! It glides on much easier than the Clinique one and i am a complete convert.

a ralph lauren karly tote bag. it's small so i won't overload it and the logo is discreet. I'm hoping for a discount at some point.

@Katypp how do you use the L'Oréal pencil? on the lashline?

Gisou styling cream, has made a big difference to how my hair looks when put up/tied back.

Ive just bought some skechers trainers. One plain black and the other in leopard sneakarina. I dont understand their sizing though. In real life Im 5.5 wide and in skechers 4.5 average.
Also a leopard print barn jacket from Tu clothing also bizarre sizing. I bought a size 8 which is roomy and I am not a size 8.

Redken all soft shampoo and conditioner, not cheap but brilliant for my dry coarse frizzy hair.

I try not too buy clothes bu in July I bought a vintage Balenciaga Le City Day bag (with Giant 21 hardware) which brings me much joy, it’s slouchy, big and functional.

Also my favourite Korean foundation has been discontinued but I managed to buy two on sale at a European retailer. I hope they’ll get me through autumn and winter.

I bought a lovely pale pink microfleece from Tu. I haven't worn it out yet cos it's been so warm but when the weather starts cooling down it'll be lovely.

I finally bought the Clinique black honey lip gloss and I absolutely love it and I’m annoyed I dilly dallied for so long 🤦🏻‍♀️

I bought a simple knitted linen dress, by Cos, off Vinted. It has been a mainstay over the summer. Cool, comfortable, washes and dries easily and looks smart and casual. It’s a v neck t shirt design and mid length. I loved it so much that when I spotted one in another colour I bought it too.
Also bought a Dea Kubidal silk dress. I have several, I bought the first one at full price to wear at my DSis wedding last year. They are fantastic in the heat because the material is so light it’s like you have nothing on. But it’s a good quality twill style silk that has stretch and hangs beautifully.
I loved Vinted for the more independent boutique labels. They aren’t copied like the big brands and sizing is more reliable.Also the sellers are much more likely to be genuinely clearing out their well kept wardrobes.

Sculpted by Aimee Essence and serum, both leave skin feeling bright.

A big order of new socks from Uniqlo to replace all my ratty old ones with holes in (not very exciting but I love new socks)

A bottle of Garnier micellar water which is even less exciting but it was on my list anyway and then when I got to Boots it was half price 😀

NEXT navy taper leg joggers. Straight leg not gathered at ankle. OMG the fabric is so nice, light but warm, and the petite fits me in the leg (at last), no taking up required! 20 quid a pair. Will order more later before they disappear off the face of the earth.

A lipstick I got when I was in Japan recently that enhances my natural lip colour. I don't actually know the brand or anything, because it turns out I just bought the refill instead of the actual lipstick. But hey, it works, and it's great!

Wacoal Halo lace bra, well I actually bought four identical ones half price in the sale. Super comfy, good shape, cool in the heatwaves.

Moo Goo shampoo. Seems to have cured a patch of something on my scalp that Nizoral, coal tar, T-Gel etc couldn’t get rid of, plus it’s got a lovely vanilla scent and comes in an excellent pump bottle.

I also bought some Levi’s ribcage jeans but have not worn them yet!
