I also already have the Ilia x Liberty wash bag as I got it from the Liberty GWP but you probably can’t have too many of those either, right 😂 It’s a very pretty pattern.

Just got myself a new pencil sharpener too 🤣

I found it took the free lip gloss off when just ordering the sharpener. I had my eye on a lip pencil anyway so added that. Beware, anyone just ordering the sharpener who wanted the free gloss.

I signed up for a 15% Ilia discount (HELLOCLEAN) but I don't think it applies to sale products which are the ones I have in cart.

I think I will be good and not buy as I got a lot of stuff on Friday!

It’s not processing the wash bag at check out for me anymore (even though it shows in my basket), just the lip gloss (with a pencil sharpener). Definitely check what shows when you check out!

That's strange as when I added just pencil sharpener it added wash bag but not the gloss. When I added a lip pencil it put both.

Maybe they have realised the bag is adding to all orders as it should be above £75.

Hoping they honour what we have bought.

It did that to me if I added the code, once I deleted the code the lip gloss went back on. We'll see if they honour the orders 😀

@MrsDahliaTravers Oh that’s annoying, but at least you’ve been compensated. Seems very unlike CB to provide good customer service like that! They must be anticipating a significant backlash.

Re Ilia ‘DEW10’ took 10% off the sharpener for me and included the lip gloss and wash bag but I had to turn the wash bag toggle back on for it to go through. DEW10 wasn’t working on sale items though.

@user593 Yes, I didn't request the credit, so they must be anticipating complaints! I'll look out for the cleansing balm on Vinted as that's what I was most interested in and I've just seen the full price on Cult! 😂

I ordered the CB Sali Hughes edit at 8am, just had an email to say they can’t fulfil the order & giving me £20 credit.
I think they should limit orders to one per email/account. It’s very unfair that people are allowed to buy multiples.

I wondered if they'd end up cancelling some. They sold out v fast.

Another who received the cancellation email and ordered at 7:30am and don’t have an account and check out as guest, will be boycotting them again as they are beyond awful

I think subconsciously I must have really wanted the lip liner to not try too hard to fiddle with it at checkout! They do accept lightly used returns so if i hate the shade IRL I'll send it back. Also ordered the sharpener so worst case I'll keep that and then they can't demand the gift back as that would have qualified me for the gift anyway..plus I got free postage!

Have any of you bought this and interested in selling the lip liner at a fair price? Had it in my basket all day but really I only want the lip liner so spending £45 is probably daft. I can stalk Vinted over the next week but thought I'd ask here first.

I wonder what went wrong with the stock management if so many were able to place an order but they don't have the stock for it.

I noted on Sali’s instagram video that she even suggested buying multiples for “friends” so my guess is people have done this & will re-sell items to make money.
As a long time customer it’s rubbish & yes the credit is a gesture but I can no way afford the contents of the box with a £20 credit. So it’s a bit pathetic if you ask me.
