SOTD yesterday was Commodity Moss - this was one of two from the discovery set that I like enough to repurchase, the other being Milk-. To me Moss is bergamot with a damp green oak moss heart, it feels very clean and unisex, and reminiscent of CK One.

SOTD today is A Drop D'Issey Essentielle - trying to work out if this will keep a place in the permanent collection. It's very pretty, but it leans more floral than I'm used to, and I'm not sure if that's for me.

Question: what do you do with fragrances that don't work out for you? Donate/gift them? Sell them even if they're used?

Sot evening phlur honeymoon. This was a blind buy from space nk as tester had run out. Its ok not my fave. Bit sickly.

Also sprayed fdb lucius which I love it has this addictive dry down quite powdery, contrasts with the citrus top

I wore my vintage Ô de Lancôme. Oh how I adore it. I remember the days it was my one scent and I wore it constantly, decades ago, long before stash and adventure.

There are lots I love now but this would be one of my OG collection if I had to whittle it down.

SOTD was Valaya and SOTE is Replica Bubble Bath as I found a mini I'd forgotten about and gave it a spritz

Saltair Golden Hour body spray today. Smells very much like Ouai St Barts to me.

I looked in my stash drawer, there’s so much I haven’t opened! I do remember trying PdM Delina. Too sweet for me. And I still have all the Ataratma.

I may have to organise a testing session with my sister!

Ouai Melrose Place today. I’m having a Rose week and using up some of my samples. It’s a pleasant fruity rose. I’ll use it up but wouldn’t buy a bottle.

My little Miller Harris order arrived, I’m leaning into citrus freshies for the summer, feeling like tea, bergamot and green scents will match my mood as the weather warms up. Also counted up my empties for the year so far: I’ve finished 17 samples and 1 full bottle. Planning not to add any more to the collection for a while until I use up what I have!

My new combo of MH Celadon + PDM Delina. Fresh, slightly spicy rose! beginning to think with my new found layering skills I should become a perfumer.

The selfridges volume 2 set arrived, annoyingly the perfumes are not in their own little box like the previous set. I tried the portofino one, it's a citrussy floral, was ok but nothing special.

I'm not sure this box is as good as the previous, but for £55 it's a fab deal.

Sorry @MotherWol but just incase anyone is in a sample mood- notino do 5 for £6 (plus lots of stuff on offer). Mix of designer and a few niches but an interesting selection- I am going down a sandalwood testing vibe and they had three I wanted to test, plus some Loewe which I heard some fashion editor raving about. First order for me from them but they had some other bits I wanted.

SOTEvening Les Nuits de Bali, Maison de L'Asie . Really like this one. Warm spicy wood and a little powdery. It was one of the Debenhams niche edit frags

Burberry Goddess. Love this one....

My SOTD was Lancôme Idôle Peach n Roses, a fruity floral (or is it floral fruity?) sweet scent. Gave me a "young" vibe, not really anything to interest me. It was a tiny 1.2ml sample and I've finished it. I'm terrible for not finishing samples so it's quite an achievement.

SOTD Granado Citrus Basilis. It’s very similar to Figue Amour from Bastide in my view - same kind of lemon greenery.

It doesn’t last very long though - which is a problem for all lemon/citrus. But it’s one to keep and will be nice for summer.

Mojave Ghost (original, I have a mini dabber at work). Earlier in the day on my trip to Space Nk I put DS Durga Radio Bombay on, a great scent but not worth the full bottle.

Has anyone tried any of the new Jo Malone veggie scents? Good reviews from elsewhere - am intrigued by the beetroot one as something fruity & earthy: https://www.jomalone.co.uk/british-collection/view-all

Parfum Muse is doing the big bag of samples with any order deal again. It's quite a random website, lots of obscure brands and then billie eilish next to BDK which is.... strange. Still the bags of samples is a good deal so I've bought a billie eilish body spray as I can shift it quite easily on the usual places.
